We all go to Beauty 7 as our first stop unless they absolutely don't carry what we need. There's always inspirational music playing, it's never terribly over crowded and idk who one of the previous commenters dealt with but the entire staff is friendly and even recognizes and acknowledges myself and my family members as regulars. Also most of their products appeal to ethnic women so it doesn't make sense that they'd have an issue with as it was put "minorities" when they are also minorities. That's just ignorant. Anyway what they do not appreciate is people coming in there being loud, rude, ratchet, cursing/being disrespectful, and with unruly children which as a business owner: DUH. My only gripe is that there's a particular brand of hair that I always buy multipacks of and they never have it in stock anymore. They have like 8 packs left and haven't seemed to have had more since about September of this year.

Not sure if this is a standard practice but there was no receptionist so while both colorists were assisting clients no one was available to answer the phone. Since I wasn't able to speak to anyone before the appointment (which I ended up scheduling online) I had questions upon arrival regarding if the services I chose could be altered and was initially met with some resistance but ultimately the staff member assisted me in choosing a different service that fit my needs. I ended up getting a clear gloss and blow out. My hair looks much more bright and lively. I also purchased a tamer so hoping that works well!
