First impression was how big this place is. There were aisles and aisles of beauty items, wigs, shampoos and anything else you can think of to keep you jazzy. I was on the hunt for a new shower cap, bonnet and scarf for myself and a baby durag/scarf for my son to use in coming months. With all the hair that I have, I need really big bonnets and things like that to keep my locs in order and some places just don't keep them in stock. Lucky me, I found them here! The prices were also really reasonable as I have seen these items in the past at some places that were charging over $10 for them! There were only 2 baby scarves and they were a little too girly for him (albeit, perfect for me lol) so I skipped in and figured I'd find something more neutral at another spot. I took a lap around the store and they really had it all. There were a few sections that were missing some items but it looked to be kids stuff which makes sense as school is just getting back into session and the kiddos want to look fresh! A lot of the girls they hire have bad attitudes, and it seems like they're chosen just because they can "relate" to the customers, not because of professionalism. My biggest issue is the tape and sensors they put on products. I understand they're trying to prevent people from opening items, and stealing but if the staff isn't prepared to properly remove the tape and sensor at checkout, they shouldn't apply them. It's a headache trying to peel that off at home it damages the packaging and makes the product look ugly. I gave two stars because there is one young lady who's always so pleasant and helpful every time I come in. I wish I knew her name she's a really beautiful, short Black girl who wears long braids and she always goes out of her way to help me find what I need.

Since I wasn't able to speak to anyone before the appointment (which I ended up scheduling online) I had questions upon arrival regarding if the services I chose could be altered and was initially met with some resistance but ultimately the staff member assisted me in choosing a different service that fit my needs. Myself, my mother, my aunt, and one of my female cousins like to be versatile in our looks and change things up pretty often... As often as bi-weekly. We all go to Beauty 7 as our first stop unless they absolutely don't carry what we need. There's only one other store that used to be a primary but with all of us being believers, we can greatly appreciate the atmosphere here over some other overly ratchet beauty supply stores. There's always inspirational music playing, it's never terribly over crowded and idk who one of the previous commenters dealt with but the entire staff is friendly and even recognizes and acknowledges myself and my family members as regulars. Also most of their products appeal to ethnic women so it doesn't make sense that they'd have an issue with as it was put "minorities" when they are also minorities. That's just ignorant. Anyway what they do not appreciate is people coming in there being loud, rude, ratchet, cursing/being disrespectful, and with unruly children which as a business owner: DUH. My only gripe is that there's a particular brand of hair that I always buy multipacks of and they never have it in stock anymore. They have like 8 packs left and haven't seemed to have had more since about September of this year.

When I walked in I was greeted by lovely Asian lady behind the counter and to my right was a natural hair black lady helping another natural hair lady trying to find the best product for her. The owner promptly helped me to the area I needed and showed me the options available to reach my satisfaction. She didn't have her and when she knew I needed more help she was probably there to help and assist me in every way possible. While they had more selection of what I wanted and I thought they were I'm still used to larger stores but this one is very adequate. I would definitely come back because of the customer service that I received and the clean neat organization.

The have some good daily deals (apparently) on virgin hair and they are open late compared to other stores. The store is on the small side - compared to Beauty Empire and Pro Beauty Mart over on Austell Road, but don't let that deter you - the store is pretty well stocked.

Bring Cash or they will steal money off your Apple Pay!…read more I went to this store today and bought $43.93 in items. I used Apple Pay for the purchase and was given a receipt that showed $43.93. However, before leaving I checked my Apple Wallet app to verify the transaction and found that they had added $30 extra dollars to the transaction for a total of $73.93!!! I went to the cashier and showed him the transaction and he got all nervous and said that he must have hit a wrong button! How can a wrong button have been hit if you gave me a final receipt showing $43.93??? He said he needed to call someone to credit back the $30 but I could go ahead and leave. Mind you, he had taken my original receipt back. I told him and would wait and that he could go ahead and refund the entire order. I waited and held onto the purchased items until he handed me a receipt showing the $73.93 refund & I verified my Apple Wallet app showed the refund. I'll never set foot in this place again and I would suggest others do the same. However, if you feel like you must go here, "BRING CASH!"
