They stock some of the oddest-ball stuff you could find but they always seem to fill that niche don't they? After being discharged from the hospital I went to the pharmacy to get an epipen, and 2 other medications for the severe allergic reaction I'm having which lead to anaphylactic shock. The pharmacy tech says they will text me when my meds are ready. I told her I will park and wait at 4:13 pm. No text ever came and at 5:45 pm I went to the window to discover they closed! 15 minutes early. This is totally unacceptable and now I have to return to the hospital to get new scripts. read more

I guess it is against their policy to be nice to customers. Came in at 8:45 pm on Monday 12/18/23. The woman in front of me got confused with purchasing gift cards, so she stepped out of line and told the cashier to go ahead and take the next customer. Keep in mind, that nothing has been rung up yet. So I walked up to the cashier and said hello. She just kept looking at her computer screen and said nothing. I said hello again, but she just kept on ignoring me. After a few minutes, I just walked out. I called the store manager, she couldn't care less. CVS now has all my business. Pharmacy should convert to retail shop. too much waiting 1 star to pharmacy but 4 stars to the front pakistani employee "newton " who was running one man show, taking a crying toddlers picture and then running to front checkout for customer, coming back to the photo booth, Asked her about manager and she said she was the shift manager , while trying to help me again went to the front checkout to ring customers while apologizing to me then again back to photo that too with a warm smile trying to convince me how they are trying to be more better service which I highly doubt . Crazy slow for vaccines. Expect to spend at least an hour while you watch them fill prescription after prescription. Wondering why they bother with appointments at all. They don't even try to honor them. Beyond that, prices are at gouging levels. Clearly the only option around. Looks like I can drive at least 30-45 minutes and get home faster. Horrible!! read more

Worst customer service ever from the Phamarcy Manager (Lelana H) who couldn't care less about a miscommunication that had resulted in a $500 charge for a prescription drug I could have received for free. I'm done with this pharmacy. I stopped by today around 1:15 PM to pick up a prescription. I walked right up to the pickup window as there was no one in line, or waiting in chairs, nor were there any cars in the drive-through. Even though there were at least 5 people working, including one gentleman who walked past me at least twice (working on the drive-through computer even though no one was at the window), it was as though I was invisible. How hard is it to acknowledge a customer's presence and let them know someone will be with them shortly? This isn't the first time I've walked out of this pharmacy without being served, but it is the last. I'm moving my business to the Kroger across the street where I already have one prescription. The Kroger Rx is a little less convenient, but the people are friendly and efficient. read more

This review is for the Piedmont Quickcare Clinic. I have to get an annual TB test for my job, and Walgreens had given me my flu shot at my office, so I needed to be at a Walgreens to get that record printed. So I found this location online. I love that I was able to schedule an appointment, both for administration of the test and for reading of the test. Made it easier than in past years or other clinics where I had to show up and wait and then show up again within the 48-72 hours for the reading. When I arrived, I checked in at the kiosk, confirming my insurance. My first appointment was the first of the day, and the clinician arrived as I was checking in. Within a few minutes, I was in the small room talking through my insurance, personal info (confirming what I'd already entered), confirming my reason for the visit, etc. The clinician explained what I would owe at that time and at the reading of the test, and asked whether to process it against insurance or not. She was professional in her tone and her bedside manner. The whole encounter was less than 15 minutes, as that was definitely all that was needed. For my follow-up visit, I had to move my appointment to 15 minutes later, and arrived around lunch time. I was a bit nervous about how long it might take, as there were others, but the clinician honored my appointment. She "read" the test, and then patiently worked with the computer system to ensure that it printed the TB results and the flu vaccination information I needed. Came here to visit the healthcare clinic. I did not like the experience that I had and something told me to go somewhere else, but I didn't. I don't normally visit the healthcare clinic, but it's Sunday so my options were very slim. The lady was not fully listening and would sometimes be talking when I'm talking *insert confused face.* She just seemed all over the place. She tells me she can write a prescription for something, then it ends up that she can't. I mean I'm literally irritated leaving this room. I've used this location for years, but I just filled my last prescription at Walgreen's. The healthcare clinic and waiting area is located within a few feet of the prescription counter. I was unable to pick up my routine prescription for a minor issue without waiting within three feet of two coughing, hacking, clearly horribly ill people. They have it set up so that there's no way to avoid walking past and standing right next to the sick people waiting for treatment. Any regular doctor's office or ER provides masks and/or a separate waiting area for patients with flu-like symptoms to reduce the chances of them infecting everyone else. I don't need to be knowingly exposed to the flu while doing a simple errand. If Walgreen's is going to be in the business of providing health care, they need to maintain at least the standards of a regular provider. And given that in a retail store you can expose dozens of innocent shoppers to illness from one sick patient, I'd say they need to be even more diligent about infection control protocols. Too bad they haven't figured that out. read more

This Walgreens has, by far, shown me the best customer service I have seen in quite some time. Not only is store kept organized and well stocked, but their sales prices and clearance items are always worth taking a look at. With that being said, their outstanding customer service, specifically their pharmacy staff members, is what brings me back to this location. I get a monthly prescription that can sometimes be difficult to find in stock at a lot of pharmacies. However, I have never had an issue with this Walgreens location having it in stock and the wait time being anything over 15 minutes for any of my medications to be ready for pick up. Their pharmacy staff is terrific and will continue to get my business and praises for their constant positive attitudes and exceptional service they provide. read more

I just left this place in tears. Fedex tried to deliver a package at my home yesterday and because no one was 21 at home so they left a slip to pick it up at Walgreens. I historically have loved this location. So I went in after dropping my son off at school. One other person was in the store. I walked around for a few minutes wondering where I pick up my package. As I walked by the photo desk I saw a woman working there and asked if she knew where I picked this package up. She said, "here but you will have to wait." The one other customer was standing there and so I said, "great no problem!" The woman finished with the other customer and then went back about her work. I stood there watching her for several minutes and then finally said, "do you think you could grab my package?" She looked at me and said, "why do you think you're more important than the person whose job I'm working on?" I replied, "I don't, I just want to get my package. She said, "you'll have to wait until I'm done." No one else was in the store. I finally got frustrated and said that this was horrible customer service and I'd like to talk to the assistant manager. She said,"fine" and then went off to get him. I waited for five more minutes. She finally returned with him. I told him the story. He said, "let me get your package." He got the package. No I'm sorry that happened, nothing. I will never be back. Where I come from you take care of the customers that are standing in front of you. There was literally no one in the store at that time but me. I honestly don't know where her anger came from but I know in my heart I was not rude or demanding. Wow. read more

I was at the urgent care with my son until about 9:45pm. When we left I called this Walgreens to see if they would fill my prescription even through they close at 10pm. We were about 7 minutes away. The technician asked the pharmacist and they told me to come over. I pulled up at 9:56 and we had our prescription at hand by 10:02. That's amazing service!!! read more

This review is mainly for the Take-care clinic. It was somewhat pricey (I don't have insurance), but I got taken really good care of. I had been sick for the past 2 weeks and now, a day after being treated, I feel soooo much better. The nurse practitioner was very knowledgeable and super nice. Furthermore, all the pharmacist and techs treat me like family at this location and always asks me if I have any questions about my medications and if I do the pharmacist on duty is prompt to answer all my questions that I may have about my medications. This review is for the CLINIC and it pains to me to write it as the pharmacy and front floor staff have always been great. I cut a visit short to my parents house, yesterday so I could get back in town in time to have my TB test read at my 3:00 appointment. I showed up 10 minutes early. I went to sign in and the lady at the pharamcy said she's not taking any more patients today, she's full. I said ok but I have an appointment, she said go ahead and sign in. I signed in with my name and screen said appointment maybe at the pharmacy. I asked the pharmacy and they said no it's with the clinic, so I waiting around 45 minutes and asked the pharmacy speak to a manager he said I am...you've been here a lot time just knock on the clinic door. Which I did, since lots of laughter had been coming out of that door my entire wait time. She said...oh try signing in again and this time use your appointment number which in 45 minutes I had certainly been able to locate. She also said get your paper work ready so it's quick and easy for me. REALLY I wait 45 while you hold a stand up comedy routine and you want me to make your job easier. When I signed in AGAIN and this time with the appointment number it said your appointment has been canceled. SERIOUSLY, nothing in their system links your name and birth day to you your appointment. Also, they were getting ready to close for the day. I am to avoid stress, so I call the general clinic number to explain the situation and they were no help either. BAsically I'm welcome to come back standby tomorrow. I DONT THINK SO an hour with appointment and still can't see anyone how long do you wait for stand by and my test had to be read early as it's a TIMED reading. I will NEVER be back, experience was so bad I will probably have all my perscription, etc moved over to another drugstore. Very sad for this service at the clinic to be in my WALGREENS! read more

I went online to book an appointment for 2:00. It was the last appointment available at this location, but the clinic claimed to be open until 4 and that walk ins were welcome. After completing pages of registration forms online, the webpage showed that the appointment was booked - or was there another button there somewhere that needed to be pushed? When I got there we weren't in the computer. And of course I was not sent a confirmation email. Crap- there must have been another confirmation button that I missed but that's ok because they are open until 4 and it's 1:45 so we will just be a walk in. NOPE. WRONG. The SUPER RUDE nurse practitioner told me that she absolutely would not see my child because there were no more appointments but we were the only people there and to diagnose an ear infection takes less than 5 minutes. Will never go back to another Clinic of any kind in any Walgreens. read more
