When I finished my shopping, there were 6 to 8 people in line with only 1 register open. The manager was actually counting the drawer for the other register right in front of all the customers. He called up an employee over the intercom and asked them to recount and verify the drawer. All of this was going on while the customers waited in line. It was one of the poorest examples of customer service I have ever seen at a Walgreens. I don't think I'll return to this store anytime soon.

The keep trying to file when told not to, which delays things because they have to wait for insurance to say it's not covered. Again, they were explicitly told not to do this. I dropped off 2 prescriptions, first one said not in stock, so about 2 weeks later, it's finally in and I go pick it up and ask about the 2nd. They said they had questions about the Rx and would have to call the doctor. Well why didn't you do that when I dropped it off. A few more weeks went by and they text saying they never heard back from the doc. I doubt they tried because I called the doc and told them what was going in, and within 15min they called me back saying it's all straightened out. Then I get another text from CVS saying it's not in stock. A couple weeks later I get a text saying it's ready for pickup but I was out of town. So a few days later, when I was back, I went to pick it up but they close for lunch in the early afternoon so they sent me away. I go back the next day and they tell me the prescription has expired and they refuse to give it to me. This is the one the doc's office just called about a few weeks prior. They said it was originally written 6 months ago so they can't give it to me. If they hadn't screwed around for several weeks that wouldn't have been a problem and give me a break, the doc's office calling them, anyone with a brain would consider that the start date. I didn't fill it right away when I got the Rx because I still had some leftover and didn't need to spend the $s right away. This is just the most recent screw up with these folks. I don't think I've filled a prescription there in 2 or 3 years where it wasn't some foul up or another. I would normally go there out of convenience but I'm done. There's a Walgreens next door, and a Publix a block or so past that. Never again will these incompetents get my business.

Sometimes I have even stood at the counter that long waiting for someone to wait on me. They definitely prioritize drive ups. I have given the store a lot of chances. It may just be that it's understaffed, and that sucks for everyone that works there honestly. Like I feel for them that they are under the stress of a long line all the time. There's nothing worse than standing in line for a 15 min average when you have the flu or something ya know? I arrived at Walgreens at 4:35 to pickup business cards and when I got there, the card weren't cut…read moreproperly. I explained that I didn't want the order if I was paying for something I didn't receive correctly. As I proceeded to leave the store, I turned back around to ask if they could maybe print the business cards for me and I'll cut them at home. So two of the reps did just that. After standing in the store for about an 25m.Mr Dale, the manager who cut the cards asked, how can I help. I told him I was having the cards printed again since the first batch didn't come out right and I'll just cut them at home. He got frustrated with me telling him this and walked away. After another 25m, I noticed the machine kept stopping and I asked the Manager Mr.Dale if the cards were ready. He said he didn't know since he wasn't the one helping me and I needed to ask the person who was helping me since he had already printed off "700 cards" he stated wasn't helping me anymore since I just wasted his time. I then turn to the young rep and asked are the cards ready? Mr Dale continued to talk at me as I ignored him and worked with the employee who did have a "I can help you" attitude. He said the printer kept stopping so it still had a few more cards to go. Mr Dale the manager then proceeded to reprimand his employee and tell him not to do that ssss again. The young employee stated, " it wasn't me". I continue to sit at the register and by this time, it was 6:30. I then asked the young employee again..."brother are they ready" Mr Dale then proceeded to jump in and say I messed up there printer and I'm "a photographer anyway, why would I be ordering cards from Walgreens." I ignored him and addressed the young red head employee and stated I'll just buy those because I only order 200business cards in one order, and 120 in the other. Mr Dale told the young employee we're not selling those to him because y'all (they) weren't suppose to print them off this way anyway and begin to get irate. I proceeded to tell the young employee I only order 200 cards but he had a stack in his hand as big as a text book. I asked him how many did he have since there should've only been 25 sheets of paper. (each sheet printed 8 cards) Mr. Dale then said, "it don't matter you're not getting them, get out." I continued to talk to the young red head employee who wanted to help, but at this point Mr. Dale made it a point to set a example and told me to get out or I'm calling Sandy Springs. I asked for him to call them. As I was looking at him, his eyes were wide and he was shaking. I asked him if he was ok because he was shaking and he stated I was provoking him. I asked him, provoking you to do what, with my eyes now wide. I've been shopping at Walgreens for years and have never experience such disrespect and rudeness. He did call the police and gave them my tag number as he taunted me on my way out the store. I recorded the whole incident on my glasses and will be sending it to management as high as I can go because it's obvious that people like Mr. Dale aren't a good representation of the company.

At first she said it's because it's a controlled substance. I work in a pain practice and know the levels of controlled medications. She can fill it. But no.. she would only allow me to fill that if I also picked up the expensive inhaler (which I don't need because I have at home) Pharmacist at CVS or Walgreens think they're above MDs for some reason. I asked her to call the hospital pharmacy to verify it and she REFUSED! I called the hospital and went over everything and they said they should be filling exactly what I need and they should've just called the hospital for to verify. Goes to show that this pharmacist likes to be on a power trip. If you want to actually have a say in people's medications how about you go become a MD, DO, PA, or FNP. If not do as your told.
