I arrived at Walgreens at 4:35 to pickup business cards and when I got there, the card weren't cut properly. I explained that I didn't want the order if I was paying for something I didn't receive correctly. As I proceeded to leave the store, I turned back around to ask if they could maybe print the business cards for me and I'll cut them at home. So two of the reps did just that. After standing in the store for about an 25m.Mr Dale, the manager who cut the cards asked, how can I help. I told him I was having the cards printed again since the first batch didn't come out right and I'll just cut them at home. He got frustrated with me telling him this and walked away. After another 25m, I noticed the machine kept stopping and I asked the Manager Mr.Dale if the cards were ready. He said he didn't know since he wasn't the one helping me and I needed to ask the person who was helping me since he had already printed off "700 cards" he stated wasn't helping me anymore since I just wasted his time. I then turn to the young rep and asked are the cards ready? Mr Dale continued to talk at me as I ignored him and worked with the employee who did have a "I can help you" attitude. He said the printer kept stopping so it still had a few more cards to go. Mr Dale the manager then proceeded to reprimand his employee and tell him not to do that ssss again. The young employee stated, " it wasn't me". I continue to sit at the register and by this time, it was 6:30. I then asked the young employee again..."brother are they ready" Mr Dale then proceeded to jump in and say I messed up there printer and I'm "a photographer anyway, why would I be ordering cards from Walgreens." I ignored him and addressed the young red head employee and stated I'll just buy those because I only order 200business cards in one order, and 120 in the other. Mr Dale told the young employee we're not selling those to him because y'all (they) weren't suppose to print them off this way anyway and begin to get irate. I proceeded to tell the young employee I only order 200 cards but he had a stack in his hand as big as a text book. I asked him how many did he have since there should've only been 25 sheets of paper. (each sheet printed 8 cards) Mr. Dale then said, "it don't matter you're not getting them, get out." I continued to talk to the young red head employee who wanted to help, but at this point Mr. Dale made it a point to set a example and told me to get out or I'm calling Sandy Springs. I asked for him to call them. As I was looking at him, his eyes were wide and he was shaking. I asked him if he was ok because he was shaking and he stated I was provoking him. I asked him, provoking you to do what, with my eyes now wide. I've been shopping at Walgreens for years and have never experience such disrespect and rudeness. He did call the police and gave them my tag number as he taunted me on my way out the store. I recorded the whole incident on my glasses and will be sending it to management as high as I can go because it's obvious that people like Mr. Dale aren't a good representation of the company. read more

This 5 stars go to Michelle. She was so genuine, friendly, and upbeat. We had a whole girls chat while I was checking out. It was just a nice experience that she created that, I'm no longer going to another drug store that is closer just because of it. Michelle belongs in management and or deserves a huge raise. With great people like her making a simple interaction so nice, this needs to be recognized. read more

Walgreens must not be paying their people well because the staff here is among the rudest and laziest folks I've encountered in a while.

Went to get my vaccine today and was seen by Natalie. She was a total rockstar. I literally would die for this woman. I told her I was afraid of needles, and she eased my anxiety and made me feel totally at ease!! I hope Natalie and all the people in the pharmacy area get a raise Bc they deserve it read more

It is apparently really difficult to find a drugstore that opens before 8AM. I know there are the 24 hour drugstores but none of them seemed to be near where I live or where I was driving to. When you have a baby that wakes you up at 5AM anyways, you tend to have early days and you have no idea how much I appreciated this Walgreens being open at 7am (I was there at 7:10AM). COMPLETE lifesaver. The store has a great layout and I was able to find what I needed easily. The cashier was pleasant and was able to tell me when they restock their baby inventory. Parking lot was easy to get into and out of. Overall, wonderful store. I'm sure I will be back. read more

Worst pharmacy department of any Walgreens I've dealt with over the past 7 years. If they're not losing your prescriptions, then they're having "technical difficulties" and unable to fill a medication that you desperately need. This is the 7th time they're unable to fill something because of something on they're end.. Disgusted! read more

If you go to Pharmacy plan on 20 minutes +! I love this Walgreens for the store, and I enjoy the people that are in the pharmacy. But if you go outside of 10 to 12 or 4 to 6 plan on a 20+ minute wait. They are always understaffed, they never greet you if you pull up to the drive-through. It is the slowest Pharmacy I've ever been to. The only reason we use it is because they take good RX. And we have the rewards card. Your best bet is to go to the CVS or Walgreens at Johnson Ferry Ashford Dunwoody. I always greet you and tell you please hold or just a minute please. And I've never had to wait in the pharmacy window more than 10 minutes unless there's a line I'm in. I wish it would get better because it's a terrific location for me. Pharmacy doesn't take my insurance, but I was so pleased that the tech directed me to the pharmacy across the street that does take my insurance. That to me is great customer service! read more

I'm always happy to find a drive through anything because, let's face it, we are generally lazy people. I've been using this Walgreens and it's drive through pharmacy for the better part of 10 years and honestly have no clue why. It is truly the slowest drive through pharmacy I could imagine. If there are more than two cars in front of you be prepared to wait at least 25-30 minutes. Seemingly it takes about 10-15 minutes per drive through car to give them meds and take their money. Strangely, if you go inside to the pharmacy counter you can complete the transaction in about 1-2 minutes, tops. Now, here's why that doesn't matter: they employ some of the rudest people to staff this pharmacy. They don't greet you, say please or thank you, and seemingly have forgotten that as a customer I am doing them the favor of patronizing their establishment, it isn't the other way around. Take your business to Publix where they actually seem to have an iota of respect for the customer. Walgreens--you can do way better. Amazon is going to eat your lunch. Good luck when they start dispensing medication. You're the first to go. read more

This is the WORST pharmacy I've ever dealt with. I was required to use Walgreens because of a coupon from my doctor that only works at Walgreens. I dropped the prescription off Monday. The product was out of stock and they were supposedly ordering it. I went back today, Wednesday, they still don't have it. They think they will have it tomorrow. Ugh! Slow service. Not the sharpest people working the pharmacy. The CVS across the street is 1000 times better. read more

The only good thing about this place is the pharmacy, they are great and very nice, but the management is not talk about RUDE, I came there all the time, will not now or ever till they dump their manager. I have heard a lot of people hate Walgreens. I and now one of them. They just lost a ton of guaranteed money. read more
