I have been going here for a few months and every single time and any time of day, I stand in the pharmacy line for AT LEAST 15 minutes, usually more. Sometimes I have even stood at the counter that long waiting for someone to wait on me. They definitely prioritize drive ups. I have given the store a lot of chances. It may just be that it's understaffed, and that sucks for everyone that works there honestly. Like I feel for them that they are under the stress of a long line all the time. There's nothing worse than standing in line for a 15 min average when you have the flu or something ya know? This CVS Pharmacy at 7355 Roswell Rd in Sandy Springs is the best I have ever visited. The entire Pharmacy staff is friendly, caring and efficient. The pharmacist Keeon is a joy to work with, always cheerful, smiling enthusiastic and helpful. This weekend I just met Mohammad, the newest pharmacist, and he helped me resolve an issue with a prescription that kept being lost between the prescriber and within the system and called me to let me know when it became finally available. This is the second time I've gone to this pharmacy and I'm not happy. Last time I got medications from that pharmacy, I was three pills short of a 90 day prescription. I wanted to chalk it up to a mistake, but I counted my medications this time too, because, y'know, taking them is important to my health and if I paid for a 90 day RX then I should be getting a 90 day RX. Counted them up this time just to be sure, and I was shorted again. Count your pills if you get them from this pharmacy. read more

This is a nice CVS located almost directly across from North Spring High School on Roswell Rd...about 1.5 miles from RBM of Atlanta. I don't believe this is a 24 hours CVS anymore because there is a sign that reads "open till midnight" I can't confirm that because I don't live in the area and probably won't be showing up at 2AM to check to see if they're open... I was in the area to meet a landlord for a piece of property and needed a few things while I was waiting...mainly breath mints, mouthwash, wet wipes and a lint roller....since I just like garlic kale at Whole foods up the street and my black pants were covered in cat fur...I figured I better get myself looking like a citizen before I scare anyone away... Nothing to it. My cashier was friendly and my debit card worked so I'm a happy camper. No complaints. read more

This is the worst CVS I have ever been to . On the 19th of September 2023 I went to purchase some beauty items for my 12 year old twin girls . Upon checking out the the manager was very brisk and abrupt with us no smile almost like she was a military sergeant . When we got to the car we could not find one of the lip balms and I went back in to see if it dropped or something . When I told the manger her name was Tia she told me....and I am not kidding " I can swear on my children's life I put the lip balms in the bag . She followed us to the car while I started looking in the trunk of the car while she stood over us like a we were at a traffic stop or we were going to be arrested or something . One of my daughters found it near the car obviously it had dropped . The point of all this was the intensity of her behaviour and mind you the cost of the lip balm was $5.00 each . Another person would have said get another but she was not having it . My daughters were traumatised that every time we pass the CVS going to their school I would suggest going in there to pick something up they would tell me no way after we were treated so badly by the manager. I filed a complaint Oct 3rd and was told Ms Audrey would get back to me .... Nothing ... crickets .... Another call Oct 24th I was then given an incident number S9632206 Another call Dec 4th and this time spoke to Amy who gave me a new case number and said the case would be escalated . Oh forgot to mention I spent $78.22 on that day . Anyway guess how this was escalated Madam Tia called me pretending to be the district manager on Dec 5th and when i asked why she would be the one calling me when she was the reason I filed the complaint she literally told me .... "What do you want ". I am no Karen and would not want anyone to lose their job but Tia had no interpersonal skills and should not be dealing with customers and should be a drill sergeant . She is obviously a very unhappy person and while all this is happening A number of CVS stores are closing and Pharmacy chains have struggled to boost profits in recent years, squeezed by drug pricing and lower foot traffic. This whole situation has been so traumatising to me and my daughters . If you really have to go to this CVS look for another CVS further down the road or go to a Walgreens . read more

I was in Atlanta and needed prescriptions filled. Called them ahead of time, they looked up my active prescriptions and refilled them with no problems. Later on I came in and got an out of state doctor's prescription filled. Again no problem. They have helped me stay up to date on my prescriptions. read more

Do NOT go to this CVS for COVID-19 testing done in a reasonable time! If I could give Zero stars I would. I have gotten over 6 Covid test this year at other providers before coming to this CVS and have NEVER had to wait this long for results. It's going on 5 Days and with the weekend approaching it most likely will be at least 7 days before I get my results. I'm supposed to be flying to see my family and instead I'm trapped in GA because this CVS's DEPLORABLE logistics. I saw logistics because I imagine my Covid test sitting outside their pharmacy still waiting to be picked up to be tested! I will NEVER visit this CVS location again and have all the right mind to avoid CVS all together. I highly recommend visiting the Fulton County website for the best testing locations. What kind of customer service is it when you mess up filling someone's prescriptions who's already in pain and have kids in the car and instead of fixing it right then and there you tell them to circle around so you can help other customers and then I have to wait back in line of 5 cars. I called at 3:30 p.m. to see if my prescription was ready that was put in at 11:00 a.m. Was told it would be ready at 4:30. I get there at 4:30 and was asked to come back at 7:30. Soon as I get home, I get a text saying my prescription was ready. I could waited in the parking lot or at the window until it was ready. Very slow at filling prescriptions and inconveniencing. read more

I have several prescriptions and have had many problems with cvs having one medication in particular on time for when I run out each month. This has lead to me being without medication for a day or 2. Also, I have had a few employees be rude. After a couple years of often poor service (with exceptions of a few truly lovely employees including Dennis who is intelligent and helpful) ), I am changing pharmacies ASAP. read more

This CVS location has a great Pharmacy Staff. They are quick to refill prescriptions and keep their systems updated with your medications and information. As any Pharmacy, they do get quite busy, and I am the queen of last minute refills and orders. They do try to prioritize properly, and generally do a great job. They are very helpful in explaining the medications or questions you have regarding illnesses or injuries. I cannot really speak on the store outside of the pharmacy, except for the fact it can get a bit messy on their center sale aisles. Parking is easy, and they have a pretty nice sized lot. It can be tricky getting out of the parking lot during rush hour, especially if you are trying to go east on Dalrymple. read more

They wouldn't fill my prescription even though it was valid and the pharmacist was extremely rude. I take medicine for my ADD and prescription was a couple months old (the law states they are valid up to 6 months old) she looked me up and down and said they don't have it. Poor service. I hand delivered three prescriptions to the pharmacy. They lost one of them and it was a 30 minute ordeal getting them to find it through my doctor. Problem got solved but it was only after I got the doctor involved at 7 PM. I don't recommend. read more

Since the other CVS in Sandy Springs ran out of medication, I was told to check this pharmacy & another one. I wouldn't have even gone to this one if I didn't have to. Waited on drive through line forever. Get to the window & the tech is very nice - says that my Rx will be ready the next morning as it was already late afternoon on a Sunday. I check online to see if the medication is ready for pickup, it says that it is being processed & it will be ready at 11am. At 11:30 the tech at the drive through said that it wasn't ready but if I come inside it will be ready in 5 minutes. I'm okay with that so far. He took my driver's license, didn't give it back to me & I had to ask for it back before leaving the window. Shopped around a little inside the store giving it another 10-15 minutes thinking that my prescription was or would be ready by the time I was to check out. Wrong. I was asked again for my name, prescription was still not ready. I waited. And waited. And waited. One tech was nice, she told me that it would be a few minutes more, they had to get a label. Then I was told that the pharmacist had to sign off on it. Then I overhear the pharmacist saying that she had my prescription on "hold", went back to it to fill it, then put it on "hold" again. No apologies for that. It seems like no one knows what they are doing there, on top of that the lack of friendliness & pleasantry was very noticeable. No eye contact either & it can't hurt to smile. Going through checkout was excruciatingly slow, I'm not even going into that one. It's management that's at fault here, not the techs. I had the feeling that everyone, except for maybe the pharmacist, was new. She was the only one filling prescriptions - no one else can count pills or type a label? Never again. Honestly this place is awful, completely disrespectful. As a student of the high school near by, me and my peers have been treated like criminals. This happens because unfortunately other kids chose to steal, and what not. However, it is not fair that everyone else is treated like criminals. Me along with everyone else have to wait out side of the store, because only two to three people are allowed in at once. When we finally get to go in the store like 20 minutes later, we are treated without respect. The staff is awful. Everything awful. They surely do not appreciate the customers. read more
