Short Version-Julius made me a custom medication that worked for pain relief when absolutely…read morenothing else worked. He has made my life worth living again. Long version-I have advanced endometriosis as well as polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) During the year of finding a diagnosis to my mystery pain, I jumped from doctor to doctor until I landed at Dr. Newton's practice Atlanta Spine and Pain Care & Roaquin Pain Center. This year included many painful (and unsuccessful) procedures such as fluoroscope-guided epidurals (I once had 6 at a time), We tried trigger point injections into my back and even a hypo gastric plexus nerve block at an attempt to eradicate my largest uterine nerve. At the time, I was taking indomethacin 3x daily instead of ibuprofen and it was taking a toll on my stomach. I was also taking flexaril and hydrocodone during my cycle. After my first surgery attempt to eradicate my endometriosis, my pain level skyrocketed and thus began the downward spiral into chronic pain. I was 24 at the time and was a healthy and happy woman at the time. I had no idea that in just 3 never-ending chronically painful and miserable years, that woman would be unrecognizable to me. Even with the injections, non-narcotic pain meds, and opiate treatment, I could not work, let alone move much for the first 2 days of my cycle. My life revolved around my cycle. Holiday plans, planned trips, my wedding, concerts, etc. I was 25 at the time. Flash forward to year 2 with endometriosis and I have tried every nerve pain medicine, every muscle relaxer, every anti inflammatory med, cbd oil, and every supplement you can think of. I even lost 30 lbs and tried exercising. Year 3 started to take a toll on my mental health. At this point I have stopped bothering with non-narcotic medications even as a supplement to opiod treatment (they were hurting my stomach, were expensive, and did not affect my pain relief). I have even tried pelvic floor physical therapy and have tried numerous anti-depressants due to the stress of chronic pain. I had a second excision surgery in year 3. After the 2nd surgery, I never recovered and suffered every second of every day for 6 months. At this point, I've gained 40lbs (i'm 4'11), my entire body is bloated up like a balloon, and the opiates aren't even helping enough and I am facing the possibility of having to go on disability. I could not sit straight down, and had to commute 2 hours total a day sitting on the side of my hip. My surgeon and pain mgmt doctor decided on a full hysterectomy with a partial oophorectomy (remove one ovary) Big surprise-I never quite healed but was finally able to function a bit again. As a last resort, I was referred to Julius. After having spent probably around 20 thousand dollars out of pocket on eastern, western, and all around wacky alternative treatments, I was extremely pessimistic. I honestly thought I would never feel like myself again. I thought the person that I was..was gone. I honestly thought chronic pain had ruined me. I thought that I had finally been broken and that I would never be unbroken..that I was a hopeless cause. I really did. In the weeks before receiving a casual referral to this pharmacy, I didn't want to get out of bed in the morning. After years of working with my angel doctors trying methods that worked for everyone else I know and failing miserably every time, I finally landed on my solution. Dr. Newton, Dr. Bobby Tackitt, and mostly Julius at Towne Lake Family Pharmacy have saved my life. On day one of my new medicine, I went from a daily 4 of 5 on the pain scale to a ZERO for the first time in almost TWO YEARS. I'm on day 6 now and I honestly cannot believe what's happened. What's even more astounding is that Julius put medications that i've taken orally before that did not affect my pain level (amitriptyline& gabapentin) into the medicine that he made for me. Julius explained to me that sometimes it's the way we take the medicine that makes it work. After years of trying every suggestion from every website, from every endometriosis sufferer, and from every healthcare practitioner...I am COMPLETELY pain free 99% of the time thanks to Julius carefully consulting and creating a custom blend for me. Not only am I pain free, but the anti depressants are working, my appetite has been cut in half, I have more energy, I am sleeping without tossing or turning or waking up even once, and I can partake in physical activities with my family again. I feel like myself again for the first time in 3 years. I feel so empowered and quite literally like shouting from the roof tops so that women like me can find a real, non-addictive, and truly effective treatment for pelvic pain. Life didn't feel worth living when I was suffering every day. Now I am not just alive, but am truly able to be present in every moment. My family and I will be forever grateful for Julius's knowledge and care in crafting my own miracle in a bottle. It is not an exaggeration to

I'm currently up at 3am writing this review. This is because I don't have my sleep medication. They…read morerefused to give me my sleep medication a week ago, when I ran out, saying that I was picking it up too soon. They clearly had made an error on the last prescription pick up date. If I would have picked it up on the date that said, I would have been out of my medication for 11 days. I went back and checked every prescription that I had received from them over the course of 290 days and that's exactly when I ran out since I take one pill per day. Even Cigna insurance said that I was good to go to get the meds and they DO NOT allow you to get one pill too many!! So after they refused to give me my meds, Nicol said that they would have to look at the camera feed in the morning to verify that last pick up date and would call me in the morning. I never received the call. So after 3 days without sleep meds, I call them and they said that the manager would have to look at the camera feed. They clearly never did because I am now a week without sleeping worth a damn and they don't care. I'll be going elsewhere after this. Today is the day that I am supposed to be "eligible" to get the medication. I plan to tell them that I don't appreciate their lack of concern. Not good to screw with someone's sleep medication.

It didn't come through in time before I left to come back home so the pharmacy in Florida said to call one close to me and they can access my profile and get it filled for me here in GA. I have called this pharmacy 2 times today to speak with someone to make sure they can fill this. I have been put on hold twice for over 15 minutes each time. I cant fill this without speaking to someone and they don't seem to have the time to help. I am now calling to have it transferred to another pharmacy all together. Walgreens was better than that, I assumed.
