So I waited my 20 minutes, got my prescription and then promptly transferred future prescriptions to Publix that does not close for lunch. Aside from their lunch closure - don't even get me started on how rude these people are - I am (was) your customer. He stated his go to for relief and escorted me to the pain relief aisle. I'm so grateful for associate like Shawn. They are fare and few in between and they are rare. He is most definitely an asset to the company. He relayed a deeper message and not a isolated view. No explanation, no I'm sorry, etc. Totally ignored! Well, Pharmacist shows up later and asks what the problem is. I tell her this Rx is always $4.25 (Medicare). She tells me this IS the generic price $118 !! I asked her to check my records 90 days earlier to see the correct price. She doesn't want to hear it ‍ Just tells me it is $118. I tell her I am not going to sit in the drive thru and debate this; just refund my money. Well that was another can of worms ..... duh, we're good at taking money, but don't know how to give it back My refund came through and they lost three customers in my household alone !!
