Wole pharmacist refused to apply good rx discount.. said it was a cvs POLICY that I pay whatever my insurance cost was. Who can afford $140 for a prescription when GoodRx is $30?!? Might just complain to the Georgia Board of Pharmacy for the complete and utterly disgusting and rude professionalism of this pharmacist and the employees who work there as well. So you're telling me someone with life threatening illness who NEED their medications HAVE to pay crazy amounts for medications just because they have insurance?! They close from 1:30 to 2:00pm for "lunch" even though there are people working. No signs anywhere stating they are closed during this period. So I waited my 20 minutes, got my prescription and then promptly transferred future prescriptions to Publix that does not close for lunch. Aside from their lunch closure - don't even get me started on how rude these people are - I am (was) your customer. Start treating people that pay your retail operation as a customer and with some small level of gratitude if you can find it. Perhaps you can search for gratitude while at "lunch". read more

Sometimes I forget what all CVS has but glad I came today. My mother is in a assisted living facility and needed make up which is very hard for me to pick out for her. So she sent them the empty containers of what she wanted and said go find exactly these items. This is my third stop and they had all three of the main things I could not find at Walmart target or the grocery store. Other than the pharmacy there is a large amount of groceries here and miscellaneous items that I just didn't expect to see but the make up Aisle was very large and very helpful! Found what I needed in two minutes and checked out. Easy and easy out highly recommend. Nice staff! read more

I had a medication needing to be refilled and I was never notified of it would be filled or not. I saw this morning it was finally ready for pick up so I go after work to pick it up and saw on the app it was not filled due to not having to be picked up. I go to the store and tell them and they told me it wouldn't be half an hour after it was scheduled for pick up today. read more

ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS COUNT YOUR MEDICATION (PILLS/CAPSULES) BEFORE YOU TAKE IT. An ongoing problem with CVS is being shorted one pill/capsule for medication. I have to get a 90-day prescription, and for the most part, every time I get it, I count my capsules before taking them because I'm usually short by one. The thing that gets me is whether insurance is covering it or not; some medications cost A LOT of money per pill/capsule, not to mention it could mean life or death to some people who need to take a particular medication every day to survive. I know the workers at these pharmacies are extremely busy, but they must recount what they are giving people before packaging the medication. That way, they don't have to give customers an attitude or think that someone is trying to scam them because the pharmacy tech got it wrong when counting out the medication. I would hate to think that this is a scam on their end. Please check your medication so you're not paying for something you never received. read more

I walked in " lady was mean mugging me " so I said Hey how's it going ! She literally just laughed . I continue to shop next thing I notice she's on my trail , then a man is also leaning his head every which way I turn in the store . Felt like this also Black man was 100% profiling me . We went here to pickup my wife pharmacy. The rudest pharmacist I've ever seen. She never said hi or anything. She had an attitude because she didn't have any help so she was speaking to people very rude. We went in to see if our prescription might be ready. But she Ridley said I said I would text you when ready but she also 30 minutes it Amy be ready. I waited for 45 minutes and it still wasn't ready. I wouldn't go here if I was dying. I don't know how these people working at this pharmacy even call themselves, "Pharmacists". One, they are working in customer service and they do not treat their customers/people with any kind of respect. I waited at the pick-up line, mind you it was just me, over 5 mins and not one person greeted me with a "hello" or even the "I'll be right with you in a moment." Instead, a RUDE lady finally acknowledged me like I was an inconvenience. I've never been so uncomfortable in my life. I told her I had move pharmacies from Walgreens to this CVS because it is closer to my house. I presented her with my insurance card. For whatever reason she continued to be rude for no reason because I know I am polite person as one should be. She said she "did all she can do and still can't find my insurance." I have kids that I have to pick up from school, so I left and called my insurance card. My insurance explained to me what they should do to find my insurance. After I picked up one kid from school, I went back to this pharmacy and told her what I was told to do. I asked for her to try again and that there are numbers on the back of my card to call if there are further problems. I don't believe she even did that because she sent me out my way again. I returned a third time because I did the work myself that they could have easily done instead of sending me the go around. A male, whom I believe is the doctor also gave me a hard time and acted as if I was an inconvenience. He told me he doesn't have time to call the number on the back of the card and to come back the next day. I told him, I've been here 3 times, I need my medication today because tomorrow is suppose to be a snow storm. 25-30 mins passed and he finally decided to call the number and work on my prescription. These people are lucky that they had to deal with a polite and reasonable person. I told them if they keep treating their customers like this, they might not get so lucky with the next person. I'm withdrawing my prescriptions and going back to my old one even if it's a further drive for me. I'd rather drive further then deal with these so called "pharmacists" that can't even do their job. Scheduled an appointment for a Covid test. I get to the place a few minutes early and I was told that the lady that does the testing isn't there yet and they asked me to give her 30 minutes. I said okay, no biggie even though 30 minutes would put me past my appointment time. I come back 30 minutes later and was once again told that I need to come back in another 30 minutes because the lady isn't there. Then the pharmacist and her assistant told me that I could just come back later as long as it was before 4pm. What's the point of scheduling an appointment if a business can not hold up there end of the bargain?!?! They don't care how valuable your time is! I do not recommend this CVS location for any testing; as a matter of fact, I do not recommend this CVS location at all!!!!! Worst service I have ever experienced. read more

This location is in dire need of soft skills training or a pizza day, maybe they're underpaid? The individuals I've dealt with seem angry and annoyed to do their job. For example, answer the phone, look up a prescription, discuss the prescription, and explain why or why not a refill will be done... and this is for simple birth control... I'm not even referring to anything on a schedule 2. It's ridiculous. I moved my prescriptions to Publix, their hours might not be great but at least I get treated with respect and appreciation for my business rather than apathy and rude attitudes. I'm always at cvs bc they have the best coupons. Michael and Leslie are always friendly. My problem is that as a female shopper I came out the store at 7:00 and it was dark and I realized the parking lot was really dark. Nearly half the lights outside the store were out so as a shopper I don't feel safe shopping here after dark. I also received an expired product from the pharmacy that was an ordeal to exchange but the pharmacist did exchange it so all is good but just check the dates before you leave. I took stats away for the expired product, the hassle to exchange and also not providing a safe environment for shoppers. The hassle was because they didn't have the product in stock so I went to another store still no product there and back to this store. But I have no complaints regarding the customer service received from the pharmacy or the store employees read more

This location has very friendly associates. The associates are super nice and friendly. They always have a smile on and is willing to help. I've visited this place twice, and I really enjoy shopping here. I'm a CVS freak (occasionally killing time in a CVS) so I've been to many CVS locations. The mini downside of this location is that it closes at 10 PM though. It's not like I would come here at this hour on a regular basis, but I did need emergency medicine here once, and I arrived right when the employees were closing. No biggie. It just would have been nice if they were a 24 hour location. read more

I do like this location. The Pharmacy Technician (Heather) has been very helpful with assistance in getting me back to checking my blood sugars. I typically (in the past) have not been a regular customer at this location because it is past my house. But now with COVID...I'm not driving 30 minutes compared to 15 minutes. And I did get my flu shot at this location in September. The pharmacist just let me talk my way through the whole process. read more

Ruddiest pharmacist I have ever dealt with. My daughter just had endometriosis surgery and has waited all summer for this trip, but couldn't leave until she had a specific medication. Our local pharmacy did not have it, so they tracked down one an hour away from us. We called this pharmacist, and they said our pharmacy would have to switch scription to them. I call back our pharmacist, and they laughed and said she had a computer and could see the prescription just like them. I call back waited for 45 minutes on hold. I told her I wanted to make sure it was ready since my daughter was driving 45 minutes to there and she said just go somewhere else. They didn't have it and he a 24 hour pharmacy. They were ready to close. I said, doesn't your pharmacy close at 8 o'clock and it's at 7:30? She said Jesus Christ under her breath and told me my daughter had better be there in 15 minutes, or she wasn't getting it. read more

My first review here. I am writing this because I'm very angry. There were 4 employees behind the pharmacy counter on a Monday afternoon (very few customers) and we waited 30 minutes for a flu shot (which didn't even happen since My daughter had a small cold). Even though this is the closest CVS, I will find another location. Inefficient! read more
