I had to pick up a prescription for someone with an insurance card who wasn't in their system. The whole process may have taken 5 minutes max. There wasn't any big wait or anything. Depending on where you live like I do, the distance traveled is a little great. 20 minutes for me when I could have traveled 7 minutes to another pharmacy. However the other pharmacy didn't carry what was needed, Kroger for example. I had to make two 20 minute trips there because someone (me) forgot the insurance card and drove all the way there before I realized I forgot it then had to go back to get it. Before I arrived home I had to get strong armed robbed at the gas pump first. $60 brought me a little over half a tank. (Jesus Help Us!) That would be a place you could probably just go into to take your Covid shot without any appointment.
