No explanation, no I'm sorry, etc. Totally ignored! Well, Pharmacist shows up later and asks what the problem is. I tell her this Rx is always $4.25 (Medicare). She tells me this IS the generic price $118 !! I asked her to check my records 90 days earlier to see the correct price. She doesn't want to hear it ‍ Just tells me it is $118. I tell her I am not going to sit in the drive thru and debate this; just refund my money. Well that was another can of worms ..... duh, we're good at taking money, but don't know how to give it back My refund came through and they lost three customers in my household alone !! Rude, lack of empathy or any compliance to adhere to pharmacological standards. I always order in advance so I do not run out of this life-saving medication for my pet. The pharmacist is rude, can not answer questions and must consult the "OWNER" for any and all basic rudimentary questions. It's insane. Horrible experience. Will never use them again.
