She immediately started looking for a sales agent for me and apologized it was taking longer than expected. All the agents were working with customers. The wait was worth it. As soon as available Luke came to introduce himself and asked how he could help. I told him I was there to look at 2 trucks listed on the website. He went to get the keys to them but one still wasn't quite ready for the lot. He showed us the available Colorado and let me drive it. He was very friendly, easy to talk to, and most importantly he was not pushing us to buy the truck!! After going to many other dealerships and dealing with pushy sales people I was very appreciative he didn't try to push me to buy the truck or try to upsell me to something I couldn't afford. Needless to say he won my business and I'm a proud owner of a new, used 2020 Chevy Colorado! I'm also impressed with the gentleman, Sean who helped us with the Financial aspect of the sale. We told him what we had for a down payment and about how much we needed the monthly payments to be. He made it happen with no back and forth negotiation which was very pleasant. Thank you Luke and Sean!!

I got out to my car, it wouldn't start. The battery was dead, and I was worried I needed a new starter as well. Turns out it was just the battery, which they once again were honest and helpful with choosing the best option for me. Special recognition to Julz, who helped me change the battery, which is especially difficult on a Chevy Impala. He did it in about 15 mnts., when the usual time it takes is 30-45 mnts. He also sprayed some non-corrosive spray, and threw in some new post covers for me. Very helpful, saved me a LOT of time and headache.

They didn't speak down to her but treated her respectfully. They actually ended up just buffing out the damaged paint areas on the spot and asked if that was sufficient- which it was. From the time I walked in the door to the time i drove off the lot, my experience was unlike any…read morebody shop I have ever visited. I arrived frustrated and felt raked over the coals by multiple places before arriving at Specialty Paint & Body. To say I wasn't in the mood to be haggled on on labor was an understatement, and I had already braced myself for another unpleasant experience. Chris and Nick were kind, patient, and spent a great deal of time looking at my vehicle with me. They didn't have a "salesy" tactic that we all dread when going to a body shop. I drive a 2016 Ford Fusion that I bought brand new. Unfortunately, a leak in my trunk caused my trunk and back seats to flood with water as it rained heavy the night before. Before agreeing to any work, they refereed me back to the Ford dealership to see if i could get the issue fixed under warranty. Chris and Nick were looking out for my interest and I appreciate that. I went to the Ford dealership hoping they could help, considering the issue isn't a result of an accident. My mileage was 36,020 on my odometer. Ford told me there is nothing they could do under warranty because I was over 36,000 miles. ONLY 20 miles over! They wanted to charge an egregious labor price so I left. I returned to Specialty Paint & Body after leaving Ford upset. While visiting Specialty Paint & Body and working with Chris and Nick, I was treated like a friend. We were able to quickly diagnose the leak and they were able to fix it. The attention to detail and customer service that I experienced was non-comparable to any body shop I have ever been to in the past. I will absolutely be coming back for all my body shop needs. Thank you Chris and Nick.

At first We were impressed with what we were told. A tractor-trailer took out our side mirror,…read morebroke the driver's side mirrorand window, sending glass down side of the coach with many chips on our 2015 American Eagle. They assessed damage, said they needed it 3 weeks to get work done. We had a window of 4 weeks, so we thought we were good. Got coach back in 7 weeks & had to cancel several trips and events we had on our schedule. Quality of the work was OK. Not sure why almost everything inside to coach (like items in a cabinet) were taken out and left all over the coach, given that the work didn't involve that area of the coach. Floor was not protected and found lots of Black dirt and grease. We asked that an air leak be accessed at our expense of $500+. First night after we left, air pump ran constantly. So evidently they didn't do anything and just made an extra $500 They called us part way through the work to say that our chassis batteries were low. We had already planned to replace house batteries, but the Chassis bateries were only 2 years old. First ones lasted 6 years. What really happened is that they ran down our chassis battereis. When we picked up coach, they had it running. Drove about 50 miles where we stopped for fuel. Cut engine off to fuel and would not crank afterwards. We tried auxlillary start and even tried to jump from my Jeep. Nothing worked. Had to call roadside service, since were were dead at Kroger fuel pumps. Wasted over an hour until roadside service brought batteries. Wish Spartan had told us that they had to jump it off that morning - a "minor" detail they didn't think was important to tell us. My recommendation -DO NOT TAKE YOUR COACH HERE FOR WORK. THEY LIE TO YOU AND LEAD YOU ON.

I went in told them what I needed. The gentleman at the counter, I believe his name Was Dean, was very nice and professional. There were a lot of people coming in and phone ringing and he stayed calm and patient. I sat in waiting room while looking around at all the cool knick knacks on the walls and talking with the other customers there. It took about 45 min and they had the screw out along with another nail they found too! Also informing me that tire is cupped and that was what is making the sound I described to him unrelated to the low tire. He did not charge me for this service! I will definitely go here for all my needs!
