John and justin were amazing! Helped us with our battery troubles! Came out and scanned the vehicle and told us what was wrong.

Walmart Auto Care Centers

I arrived at the Walmart Auto Care Center on Buford Drive in Buford, Georgia, at approximately 3:15…read morep.m. for my scheduled oil change. After waiting in my vehicle for about five minutes without being acknowledged, I went inside to check in. Aaron, the Auto Care Center manager, checked me in and advised that the oil change would take approximately 45 minutes and that I would receive a text when it was completed. I shopped in the store for about an hour but never received a text. I returned to the Auto Care Center and waited another 30 minutes. After approximately 90 minutes, I asked Nick for an update. Another customer nearby mentioned that he had arrived around 4:00 or 4:30 p.m., well after I had checked in. Nick said the technicians were behind and claimed someone was working underneath my vehicle, although I could clearly see that no one was working on it. At approximately 5:25 p.m., the customer who arrived after me had already completed his service and left. Thirty minutes later, I asked for another update and was told that someone was just about to begin working on my vehicle. I was given a confusing explanation involving another employee completing the paperwork. When I asked why Nick had not checked on my vehicle earlier, he responded that it was not his job and that he had nothing to do with what happened in the garage. He took no accountability for the situation. As the employee communicating with customers and accepting payment, I believe he had a responsibility to investigate my concerns or involve someone who could assist. Because I felt that my concerns were being dismissed, I asked to speak with the Auto Care Center manager. I was told that he had already left for the day and would not return until Monday. I then requested to speak with the store manager but was told either that the phone line was busy or that the manager did not answer. No other manager was offered, and no meaningful effort appeared to be made to address or escalate my concerns. Eventually, I was told that my vehicle was almost finished, but Nick left the area, and I then had to continue waiting to be checked out. I am extremely disappointed with the poor communication, excessive wait time, lack of accountability, and the fact that a customer who arrived after me was serviced first. I was originally quoted 45 minutes, but the service took several hours without any proactive updates or a reasonable explanation. When I attempted to escalate the issue, I was unable to speak with any manager. Nothing about this experience was acceptable. This was my first time using Walmart for an oil change, and based on the treatment and service I received, it will also be my last.

Never been a fan of Walmart anyway, so this wasn't a surprise…read more I had a friend's daughter and vehicle and told her I would help her out and get the oil changed. Well, the little one needed entertainment, and Walmart has toys for sale - so why not try to get the oil changed and keep the kid smiling at the same time. Walked into the auto center and saw the dismal faces of most Walmart shoppers - broken and without hope - I didn't let that dissuade me. I went to the counter and waited. No one came. Walked around looking. No one came. Took out my cell phone and called. No one came. Finally, I asked a guy sitting there miserably what was up. He perked up at the prospect of human interaction after God knows how long. He told me that they had told him the OIL CHANGE would be completed 2 hours prior, and they had just started to work on it. I left. Valvoline got me in and changed in under 20 minutes.

Excellent place with excellent service! Usually, I let my dad handle auto related things for me but…read morethis time I decided to take matters in my own hands and they made the process super easy for me! They were very thorough and quick in responding to my Yelp inquiry. I was aware of all my pricing upfront, all of my options, warranty information and how long it would take. With that, I was able to book immediately online. On the day of my appointment, I DID have a bit of trouble finding the location since I was looking for a storefront that actually said 'Dynamic Appearance' but instead it was inside of a computers, audio & auto type store which was fine- just didn't know what I was looking for. Once I arrived, the guy there was very patient and knowledgeable and once again walked me through all of my options and the pricing information again. He even did a heat demonstration! Tinting took about as long as he warned me for and I was immediately briefed on the aftercare maintenance and my lifetime, nationwide warranty once again. Loved the tint job, didn't leave the inside of my car a mess like people complained about in other businesses. Super pleased with their work! Only CON: Unfortunately, due to COVID I wasn't able to wait inside as there wasn't like a waiting area so I'd suggest arranging to drop-off your vehicle or bringing a folding chair if you plan to sit outside.

Dynamic Appearance was recommended to me by Walker over at Eurofed. So i was already feeling…read moreconfident that it would be a great experience because I trust him. I have an almost 14 year old g37 that needed ceramic tint removed since it had gone bad after all these years. I was a little nervous about the tint removal. Only because I know that can be hard on the interior from past experiences. Even though an older car, you still want it to be nice. But the technician did an amazing job. I didn't see wear and tear to the headliner and defroster lines weren't scraped off either which worried me the most. So if you only need tint removed. These are the guys to trust. I also got new tint put on. Which i love! I feel like my car feels new(ish) again to me after all these years. Also the guys are very responsive about getting you in for an appointment. They even tried to get me in sooner when they had openings pop up. So 100% recommend. Sorry car isn't washed, but tint looks great.
