Knowledgeable folks who have helped me out more than a few times with weird to find and easy to find batteries.

I needed a new battery for my 2021 palisade. Did some research and found that batteries Plus had the higher end battery that I wanted in stock. Drove over to the store informed the young man at the counter what I needed. He looked up the battery had it in stock and installed my battery. I was in and out in about 15 minutes and even he help several other customers while I was there. I believe his name was Jack. Very knowledgeable. Did a great job. could leave less than one star to leave a review I would. I had a really bad day today but I'm off for 4 days so things were looking up. I went into the batteries Plus to replace the battery in a little remote I had when I walked in they asked me how they could help me. I handed the gentleman my control for my electric fireplace and ask him to open it to let me know what the battery replacement was so that they could sell me a replacement battery. First you said by opening it it was a liability. He then popped it open and looked at me and said it'll be $18? When I questioned him he said oh well if you just asked me for a battery it would have been $10 but because I opened this by pushing a little button. He said he would do me a favor and sell me the battery for $10 but then he really wasn't supposed to do that because he opened it to get the battery. I got my item and walked out. Playing with people when you don't know how their day has gone and they came in for service not for jokes is not funny he knew he had upset me to the point of Tears I had a really bad day and he made it worse. I found it very unprofessional. I've used this company several times over the years I will never return to this location ever again. read more

Quick service and friendly staff! I was able to get 3 of my watch batteries replaced for $12/each. They also offer them at $19.99 which includes a lifetime warranty on the battery. Took less than 10 minutes and I was on my way! read more

I went to purchase two motorcycle batteries online, with in-store pick-up. I could not find the correct battery for one of my motorcycles due to the bike model not being listed. I called the store, the salesman was very helpful. He gave me the battery number so I could still order online and receive the discount. After ordering the website wanted my cell to text me when batteries were ready for pick-up. About an hour after I received the text the same salesman called me to let me know the batteries were ready. One of the batteries I ordered was a wet cell battery. The salesman added the acid to the wet cell battery and made sure both it and the AGM battery I bought were fully charged. He explained the warranties on the batteries while refunding my core charge. read more

Words can't describe how helpful the staffs are.....Great experience!!!! Needed to find out with my iPhone issue, and took it to a few cellphone repair stores, and nobody did not figure out what the issue was; So I took it to Batteries Plus Bulbs in Snellville. The staffs were polite, well trained and very professional. Fixed my phone in less than one hour. Well worth the shot. You guys are rock, and made my day wonderful. Tomorrow is here. There has been some happenings since my initial review of Batteries Plus on 28 January 2013. I went back into the store at the kind request of the store manager and experienced a complete 180 from my first visit. The counter was busy with customers and store clerks but when I walked in, I was acknowledged. A clerk smiled at me and nodded. He noticed that I was there and needed something. Before I could step up and ask for what was set aside for me, FRAN, came out of the back of the store and took care of my sale. She made eye contact, was friendly, professional, and efficient. I will return to this store and recommend it to anyone who needs a little more attention in purchasing a specific battery than what the large chain stores or online stores offer. Great experience! Needed help with car battery on a cold Sunday morning and a very helpful rep helped us take out the battery and charged it for us. Unfortunately, it had to be replaced and he was kind enough to let us borrow a socket set so we could put the new one in while in the parking lot. Transaction was a breeze and the price was better than nearby auto parts stores. 3 year warranty in place and now we're good to go! read more

Opened commercial account in November of 2017. Have had issues with two of the batteries that we have purchased and both times batteries plus would not honor their warranty. Car broke down at gas station looked at the battery and the battery had a hole in it. Took it back to batteries plus was told that before they could warranty the battery they would have to charge it and depending on how it took a charge or not would decide if they would warranty the battery. So the manager told us that we could buy another battery to get the car home and they would let us know later on the other battery as far as the warranty. I'm done with batteries plus. 0 customer service! Asst manager would not warranty a battery because it was too dead. What are warranties for? Said he would try to charge it and if still bad, give me $20 off a new one later this week. How do I drive until then? I will never shop here again Very poor customer service read more

Charging port on my iPhone 6s was hit or miss, and my battery was horrible. Looking online I thought I was looking at $150 plus bill; however, I was given a discount since he only had to open phone once. The bill was only $85, and this happened on a Sunday! Highly recommend! read more

Two back to back bad visits at this particular batteries plus. Last week I ordered a special battery. A few days later they called me to say it was ready. I went by there and they couldn't find it. Have heard from them yet. Today I went online and made an appointment to have my iPad screen fixed. I called too just to make sure they had the part. The person on the phone seemed pre-occupied with someone else talking in the background. He said yes we have it. I went in to the store and was "greeted" ( not really ) he didn't say anything just gave me a head nod that seemed to be something one of my homies would give me. I told my new homie that I was there for the 11 o'clock appointment to get my iPad fixed. A female employee somewhere else in the store yells to him ... "Hey you know what your doing"?He says no and she had to walk him through how to look it up in the computer. She then came over to help him and they both decided they didn't have the part and I would have to send it off to Alabama. Neither one of them seemed to have any customer service skills at all. So after two big letdowns I doubt I will use them again. read more

GO TO UBREAKIFIX OR IREPAIRIT STORES INSTEAD. I should have know when they offer a $10 coupon not to believe the hype. I first took my phone over to replace the charging port. After the repair the phone worked fine. Two days later I hung up from a conference call and all of a sudden the phone started flashing the apple sign. By the morning the phone was dead. I took the phone to Batteries Plus and they told me it needed a replacement battery. Although I had a $10 off coupon, they wouldn't accept it because the bottom had 'Some Exclusions May Apply' although they don't tell you what the exclusions are. When asked I was told it was at the discretion of the store, meaning they can make up exclusions when they want. The flashing apple is gone but now the audio only works on speaker. I can't hear at all when the phone is not on speaker. When I called the store back, I was told that because the phone was dead when it came in, he couldn't test it but he plugged it in and said he could see the phone interact with the computer so he could have let it charge for a few minutes to test it. He tells me he could look the phone again for an extra cost! THE ARE FRANCHISE STORES SO DON'T GO TO THE STORE IN SNELLVILLE. They make me want to open a store to compete with them. At any rate, I will never go back to this store. read more
