Actually had a good experience here. I had the the bundle package which covers any screen repairs, screen protectors and the case from anything that happens, great deal in my opinion, but it is a pain when you actually need a replacement. A couple months ago my case broke and I needed a replacement. I went to the location in Mall of GA (now close) and they told me they didn't have any cases qualifying for the deal. what?? why sell a protection plan, if you can't cover your customer when they need it. Anyways, they told me this location at Walmart would have some. When I arrived I was greeted by Ali. Very nice guy who helped me get the right case for my phone that was covered by the bundle. They also had quite a selection so I was happy to find something I actually liked. if you have the bundle, come to this location because they will honor it and help you with it! This has to be the more dishonest business I have ever dealt with. I took my iPad Air 2 to have the battery replaced as it would not hold a charge. Everything on it worked perfectly plugged in, so I bit the bullet and decided to replace the battery at almost $200. I dopped it off on a Friday and was told they would have to order the battery and it should be ready by Wed of the following week. I had no issue with this. When I got the call that my iPad was ready, I went to pick it up and found that they had broken my screen when doing the battery replacement and replaced it with a white screen. My iPad is space gray with a black screen. This was not acceptable to me. The person working, Sam, said he was the store manager and would replace the screen again, at no cost of course. I was then ok with this. He stated they would have to order it and it would be ready by Friday. Obviously I was not happy with this as a simple call to ask if white was ok would have been more effective. But I had no choice. I got a call on that Friday that it was ready and went to pick it up. The same person, Sam, was there and had the new black screen on my iPad. As I was testing it, I found that the Touch ID function did not work. After some back and forth with Sam about this, he agreed to fix the issue or refund me my money. He advised he would call me on Sunday with an update. After this, is when the true colors of this company arose. After not receiving any call from Sam, on Monday, I called for an update. He advised me that they are working to replace my home button?? and it should be ready by Wednesday. I called on Thursday after not receiving any call and was told that it was ready. I went today, Friday, two weeks after dropping off my iPad and picked it up. The Touch ID was still not working and the same person I was dealing with, Sam, told me they couldn't fix it. So I asked for my money back as he promised and he refused. He told me I needed to take it to Apple to fix that and he would reimburse the cost. I asked for that in writing and he refused. He told me to contact the District Manager on a business card he gave me. So bottom line. Stay away from this place. They will lie to you. They will damage your device more than when it was brought into them. read more

Horrible service! Extremely dishonest will never patronize this place again. At or around 12pm I went into Walmart to visit this establishment and get my Apple Watch screen repaired called in an hour prior to see if they have the screen in stock, which they confirmed. Once I arrived he double checks to see if the screen is in stock. I proceed to sign all the "Liability" paper work and the guy tells me 6pm pickup. 6pm comes and guess what my watch is still in the same condition it was when I dropped it off. I was more upset that I couldn't get a courtesy call to inform me job would not be done today. I could have taken it somewhere else, instead he sits on a broken watch till 6pm. Foolish of him to even attempt to sell me again by saying wait another day screen will be in tomorrow. NO THANK YOU! read more

I am furious with this store - I brought in my son's cracked iPhone and they rang me up for the repair and some screen protectors - and then told me it would be a few hours until they got the part and they'd text me when it was available to fix the phone. The total bill was over $572 and I paid it like a fool and then discovered I have insurance on the phone. I called them to cancel the order and they refused to do so. I had no work performed. Encountering this Cellairis was one of my first times coming across one in Walmart. I typically pass these in malls, and this had a different look, so I was instantly intrigued. I was with a friend of mine and we initially came up to the store because of the triple action plan, and were checking out prices, etc. Sterling who attended to us was a very informative and helpful sales associate who showed great enthusiasm for the product and plan! Went in Saturday, February 29th to see about a battery for my phone as it would not hold a charge. Jay tells me the price, and he would have one in by the upcoming Tuesday and would call me once in. I pay for the battery and leave. Tuesday came and went and you guessed it, no phone call. Wednesday, I called the number on the receipt and I get a voicemail so I leave a message....no response. I go in on Saturday, March 6th and find the place closed when the hours show it supposed to be open. I see a sign saying "Back in 15 minutes. Please call or text 470-323-6452" I text stating I'm outside the business. I get a call back asking what I'm there for. I tell Jay I'm there to get the battery I ordered the week before. He tells me he's calling his manager and will call me right back. I sit down on one of the benches and wait for a call. No call comes but when I look up, the business is now open. I go in and re-explain to Jay as to why I am there. He then tells me he did not get a voice mail and then tells me.....wait for it........the battery is not in and he cannot tell me why. He can obviously see my displeasure and instead of a "I am terribly sorry" or "Let me find out how I can resolve this" I get "You don't have to get stressed out about this" and you know what? He's right; that's why I asked for my money back. I get my refund but as I'm walking out to my vehicle, Jay calls, tells me his regional manager called and said they'd have the battery in by that afternoon. Mind you, I am willing to give 2nd chances so I said OK, get it in but I had to work that night and would be in that Sunday around noon to pick it up. I roll in on Sunday shortly after 1:00 PM and yep, gates are closed again. I stick around as my wife is picking up a few things in the Walmart where this store is located. Gates open, I go inside and SURPRISE....Jay tells me the battery is NOT there but it would be around 6:30 PM. He then attempted to put the blame on me by telling me that since I said I would not be there until Sunday there was no need to have it there by Saturday night. I tell him no thanks, we're done and leave. Approximately 2.5 hours later I get a phone call (I could not answer) then a text simply stating "Your battery is here if you want it". Yes, I want the battery but not from here. As a former retail manager for 7 years there are a few Do's and Don'ts that need to be learned here: When you place an order and it's being delayed, DO call your customer to let them know and DON'T make them come in to find out on their own. When a customer is not happy with your lack of service, DO apologize, DON'T make excuses, DO what you can to satisfy said customer and especially DO NOT EVER tell them they do not need to get stressed out. Doing so, as anyone will tell you, is tantamount to saying "Calm Down" and who can tell me when that has ever worked in you favor? (Hint: Answer = NEVER). When given a second chance DO make good on it and if anything goes sideways, DON"T make excuses or blame the customer. Final note: Customers are transactional, Clients are relational and multiple failures at this establishment insured that this potential client will never be one and now regrets the initial attempt at being a customer. read more

I took my phone to Cellairis located at 3245 Lawrenceville Suwanee Rd Suwanee, Georgia and at this location which the technician agreed to order and replace the flex board (charging port) along with the back of the Samsung Galaxy S-6. I waited a week for the parts to arrive. I returned to find that the tech was no longer employed with the business. I was told that they would be able to fix the phone but it would be tomorrow as they were catching up on their back orders before they could do the replacement of the board. I was fine with that an agreed to come in the next day for the repair. A couple of hours later I received a call informing me to pick up the parts and that they will not fix their phone. Now I have the parts to fix my phone but the business will not fix? Just like any other contract you enter, you agreed to fix the phone good decision or bad you do not hold this against the consumer. This business represented bad judgement in the decision not to repair due to their inability to complete the repair. If it is lacking a tech who limited experience I recommend that you find someone who can do the job as you stated. Better yet give me the original technician's phone number and I will take it to wherever he is currently working as I have more confidence in his ability they anyone else I have met in your store. I wish I could score this as a zero star because your business is not worthy that of one. More to come. read more

Awesome mobile phone repair service Recently I had the adventure to repair my son's mobile smartphone. Well, I found "Andy" at Cellairis that is a top notch mobile phone repair guy with very reasonable prices. I am not one to allow just any "geek with tools" to work on a smartphone and this is where Andy's professionalism, ability to communicate what he was doing, and if the device is able to be repaired (or cheaper to replace). Awesome service and very accountable with everything that he did. I wanted to share this story with you as he doesn't just replace the glass (approximately $100), but also provides a warranty with his service. Completely retract my previous review. Apparently, this store is no longer corporately owned but is now a franchise location. The franchise owner does not honor Cellairis warranties (such as the "lifetime" Triple Protection Plan I previously purchased from Cellairis) and is charging twice as much for screen repairs as other nearby service providers. I would highly recommend driving a little further and getting your screen repairs done at The Fix in the Mall of Georgia (next to Wild Wing Cafe). The woman at the desk who said she ran the place would not even touch or look at my Samsung Galaxy s7. She looked at me like she'd never seen a cell phone before. Although 2 other employees had told me in the store and over the phone that they would replace the battery or diagnose the phone for 30, she said they were incorrect and new. Took it to Express Electronics in Duluth and they were so helpful. Offered to replace the battery and then try to reinstall OS if that didn't work. Battery replacement worked! The only reason I am giving two stars is the guy working had good customer service. Other than that, I would say one star. I went in with a dead screen, still could call and text by using siri on my phone, just couldn't see anything. I left with a mediocre screen, the brightness was way off (way too dark), and the front camera along with the charging port no longer work. I know the charging port worked before I took it in. When leaving, I turned it off to save battery until I got home... get home, turn it on and it won't go past the black screen with a white apple. Now I am out $100 and have a paperweight. My i Pad volume button was broken and I took it there to be fixed....I get there and they inform me they are unable to fix the volume button (even before looking at it) because it is not on the price list, so they did not know how to charge me....I was very confused as to why they could not fix and from what I understand they can only fix cracked screens.... My iphone 6 screen had been shattered for several months and it had become beyond annoying. I'd gotten quotes from a couple of different repair shops, but over $100 was more than I was willing to spend to repair it. When I stumbled on this location, I had never heard of it before. But, the gentleman at the counter appeared to be so friendly and knowledgeable with the other customers, so I decided to give it a go. I went in to get the screen on my iphone replaced and the tech soon realized that screen was not actually cracked but instead it was just the tempered glass screen protector that was cracked. I went ahead and purchased another tempered glass screen protector since they already saved me a ton of money. Good to know their are still honest people out there. read more

Don't lie to me. For over 6 weeks they have been telling me their printer is broken and they can't do the picture phone cases. So the manager ordered me a case to be ready when the printer will be fixed....in a week. In a week. In a week. Later this week. Ugh. Stopped in today. Still not fixed...the week of Christmas. So I said I'd pick up the case they ordered for me and have it printed at another store. It's not in yet. Come on...they never ordered it.
