My family and I stopped by here to upgrade our phones to the new iPhones. Ivy took care of us and was able to walk us through the current offer and order our phones for us. Luckily, we didn't have to wait and when we got our phones, she helped us transfer the data over to the new phones. They also have a good number of phone accessories at this store. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. This is a 3rd party owned store and does not back the AT&T brand. They will lie to you, make promises that they will fix the issue. Then when you get to the manager to fix it, the managers will gaslight you, blame you for trusting THEIR sales reps and will flat refuse to correct their mistakes. I don't normally give bad reviews. But this has happened to us 3 times now over the last few years. This is no longer a one time accident. It is a consistent pattern of THIS location. Thankfully the AT&T corporate store has always been able and willing to clean up the mess this location makes. Take your business to the corporate store on Pleasant hill Rd. To say that Tammy has been a great blessing to us is an understatement. I passed my iPhone 7 down to my mother. She had been using an iPhone 4 and it was going to not work on the AT&T network soon. I took it in last October to have it switched. My mother only uses the phone for calls, texts and pictures. We had been unable to get the cellular data to work since then. I had done everything I could think of to do and everything the internet told me to try. It was profoundly frustrating. Today I called this AT&T store and talked to Tammy. I explained what was wrong and asked if it could be the SIM card. A new one had been put in when I switched the phone over. She said that could be the issue and to bring it in. My 80 year old mother who has no technological ability took it in. Tammy was incredibly kind and patient and solved the problem. The SIM Card was messed up but the person that switched it over also never changed the data plan to the newer phone. Ugh. Tammy could have insisted that I come down there but instead she called me and had me add my mother as an authorized user on my account so she could help her. She also called me twice and let me know what was going on. I cannot thank her enough for the time she took to fix the issue even though this store wasn't the one that caused the problem. They have definitely earned my future business. Go in and ask for Tammy. You will be glad you did. read more

Horrible experience. After learning that I had accounts with both AT&T and DirecTV, the agent insisted that I qualified for a discount if I combined the two accounts. As it turned out later, and after DirecTV didn't show up for the change of service, I learned that the agent had to close my accounts and open new ones. She even said to use a different first name to make it go smoother. I called DTV and they said they wouldn't do the install because I had just been a recent costumer. And the satellite was gone. It took hours on the phone with DTV and two more trips to the AT&T store to sort it out and get it back to where it was when I went in. Since then, I have found excellent service at the Pleasant Hill store, and have even accepted waiting over two hours for service because my guy (Michael G. there is just that good. read more

Awful! Do not go there. They had me make a new phone number saying I couldn't use my old number. Finding out today from Corporate AT&T that they can use my old number. I beg of you to go to a corporate store and not this poor excuse of a store! read more

Charles the store manager goes over and beyond to make sure that every customer is satisfied and that his staff is knowledgeable and products and services. I have observed his staff not knowing the answer to a customers question and them stepping away to speak with Charles for more understanding to advise the customers. I'm often in the area and stop in just to say hi. I I'll always refer my friends and family to this store. Keep up they excellent customer service, and great job that you are doing. read more
