I'm like super impressed here. I remember going to The Icing yeeeeeaaaarrrsss ago.. Like from the…read more90s in NJ to the 2000s in Kennesaw (Town Center Mall) and I must say Icing has super grown up since then! I remember Icing being a bit more like Claires, in the past. It was a little kiddy with cutesy hair accessories, jewelry, chachkies, etc. It was a fun place but admittedly with a more "immature" target audience. Today, I stopped in at Mall of Georgia, and I seriously didn't recognize the place. It is like the beautiful, mature, responsible young college student down the hall, now. There are still the same kinds of products, but now less obnoxious and loud.. and more directed towards a girls or women in their 20s, I'd estimate. I am 30 and think there are plenty of options in there for myself and ladies older, as well. Pretty purses and wallets, cute wall decorations like small canvases that say "Beach Please" - ha - flower halos and probably-difficult-to-figure-out-hair-accessories, even pretty scarves, fashionable flasks, bridal accessories and "nicer" looking makeup. I have to say I am a fan and I was really close to buying a new wallet (but my current wallet is still working for me - I just can't fix it if it ain't broke.) I ended up leaving with two buy-one-get-one 50% off hair accessories that I probably don't need and may only use like once every 8 months, but I'm pretty excited about the store. Definitely check it out for cute going-out jewelry, gifts for your girlfriends and must-have-but-don't-really-need purchases. :)

I called to different times explaining what happen and they do not want to even attempt to repierce her ear after a week. All they want is the money. The first day I called the girl told me I'll have to pay $34.99 to get her one ear done which is more then what i paid for both and today they told me $22.00 just for her one ear. It's ridiculous. I truly feel they should repierce her one ear for free. I could understand if it's been a month but a week come on now.

I need my head checked. but we had to get service for on an Apple Iphone 7+ for our two exchange students. We're told we need chips... 1 phone was Apple the other from china. They didn't have the chips we needed A & C so to go to walmart and buy the SIM card kit and a prepaid card. We buy the chip packet and a $35 prepaid card. We go back and give both SIM chips and the 2 phones. 1 phone from china took the A chip but its a chinese phone and will not work. The second phone is the Apple it took the C chip. We give the chip that fits that phone. Pay for activation and 1 month. We're charged 2x for the $30 monthly payment.. I said we were double charged she says no. Ok. So we pay $58 ..30 for the 1st month plus 25 activation + tax. but the phone still doesn't work. We're then advised to go to Apple.. At the Mall of Georgia were in there 2hrs. After the 2 hrs in the Apple store and the phone still isn't working... Apple says its boost. So were back at Boost and she says she tried a PUK numver and it doesn't work. That he has to buy a new phone but the $58 he paid he will loose. I dont get it. It was 1 month + the activation fee and the phone isn't activated. Why does he loose it. I dont understand. We're told to get the activation n 1 month and it doesnt work. So why then if he buys a phone from boost can't they transfer the fee and month over seeing as they can't get the Apple phone to activate and it worked fine before we went in. We also tell her that yes we were double charged the $30. She says ok we have to wait 7 days for a refund back to the card... But she didnt take the card to credit it. I'm going to wait the 7 days.. Mean while Im writing the company and francise owner. Boost has done the double charge to my husbands card 2 previous times I dont know why we keep going back. I need to find a new Boost store or change my service carrier completely. Plus we never got the A SIM chip back from her on the second phone from china and no its not in the phone. I am Dldefinetly One pissed off customer who knows they were ripped off but can not do anything but wait for now.

They promise for 6 months or 1 year warranty but you won't get this in return and when you go back , they don't honor their words. This shop is full of lies and mistrust which has no honor and dignity. Beware! Don't fall for this scam. I am sharing this feedback to help future customers avoid being misled. * They overcharge for their services. * They use low-quality parts that do not last. * They promise a 6-month or 1-year warranty, but when you return with an issue, they refuse to honor it. This shop operates with dishonesty and broken promises. There is no trust, accountability, or professionalism here. I went here for an iPhone 14 Pro Max screen replacement. Our original plan was to get the repair done at the Apple Store, but they needed a few days, and we needed the phone fixed urgently. While leaving the Mall of Georgia, we noticed this shop and decided to check with them. The person at the shop promised a high-quality replacement screen and a 6-month warranty (instead of the 3-month warranty from Apple). Based on this, we agreed to the repair and paid $250. Just 6 days later, the screen stopped working. When we went back for the warranty repair, they refused, claiming we didn't have the 6-month warranty in writing. It's true that we didn't get written proof, which we should have asked for--but the warranty was clearly promised to us verbally. After we insisted and explained why no one would pay $250 for a screen that failed in a week, they finally agreed to replace it. However, I had to make three separate trips to the store because they kept saying the replacement screen wasn't available. On the final visit, when they finally replaced the screen, they forced us to pay an additional $100, even though the issue was clearly under the promised warranty. Final words: Do not trust this shop or individuals like "Johnny" (which seems to be a fake name). They make promises they don't keep, use questionable parts, and push extra charges on customers. Save yourself the stress and avoid this place.
