Can't say enough about these two guys at this verizon store. Our visit ​started with Justin O. when we discussed trading in a phone to upgrade. He discovered a major mistake on our bill from the last upgrade. He brought in Brandon J. to help with the issue. He spent over an hour on the phone with Verizon to explain the error but the call disconnected. We left knowing the mistake had been filed. After a week we checked back in with Brandon to learn it was still open. Finally I got someone at verizon who helped with the issue so we returned to the store to complete the trade in. The issue was fixed but Brandon wasn't credited with the sale yet spent an hour getting the upgrade completed. There are not enough adjectives to describe how helpful these two guys were in navigating this situation. Thank you both for your patience and understanding in our upgrade. My wife went in to get help with her broken cell phone that she bought at that exact Verizon store and they had no clue how to help. They just gave us a number to call which lead us on a wild goose chase of 4 hours back and forth. We went to the Apple Store, the corporate Verizon store, and the uBreakiFix store with no success. The next day we went back to that store and the store manager (who was not on site) didn't help or offer any solutions either. The manager threatened to kick her out of the store. The manager of this store I believe his name is Billiam Ramey threatened and verbally attacked me through a cellphone call. My husband and I went in to get help with my iPhone because it did work, I bought my iPhone at that exact Verizon store located in 1681 Old Pendergrass Rd ste 130 GA. They did not help me at all. I spent 4 hours in that store for nothing. They just gave us a number to call which lead us on a wild goose chase of 4 hours back and forth. Many things that need to happen in a store like this take a lot of time. Therefore, one employee in the store is absolutely ridiculous! Also the one person in here didn't seem to know what he was doing and had to call for help. He's perfectly nice, he just shouldn't be alone. Also, the selection is extremely limited. read more
