They lied to me directly and the "MOD", "Fives"? did not care about losing a customer, and more importantly customer First mentality. Details: Drove 50 miles (one way) for a set appointment for work on my iPhone needing a new battery. On arrival I was told the battery could be replaced within 1.5 hours, and they would get "it started right away" (I have the timestamped contract). I came back 2 hours later only to find it had not even been started yet. To make matters worse the MOD, Fives, said "I'm sorry and nothing can be done" only a reversal of the already charged replacement". I suggested a discount on the service due to the lie they told me and more importantly my loss of an afternoon of my time. I have also requested they remove my PII from all databases, datapoints. I recommend a total revamp of their thoughts on customer service. In the meantime, I hope this helps many steer clear of an unnecessary business with Best Buy.
