Absolutely love this location. Angelique Bolden has waited on me several different times and she's always been helpful and so pleasant. Honestly I don't ever see me going any place else. No loyality plan and horrible customer service. A representative illegally opened an account without my permission and was able to do it by reactivating a recent old service plan. I had a bad Tmoble box and needed my internet asap. I went into the spectrum store to purchase just internet. To my surprise, an account was created today without my authorization. They refused to give me a modem because of the illegal account. Wasted my time and just horrible customer service. read more

Arrived yesterday with a reservation but was one hour early so I signed in without appointment. Within 15 minutes I was being seen by a representative Aby was her name. She was very attentive to wanting to hear my. concerns. Which she quickly looked up my account and options that would fit my needs. Have to be honest. When going there I wasn't optimistic about them trying to keep my from leaving spectrum my contract was up and my new bill would be almost double then my package I had. But, Aby explained there were some packages that would be available to me if I chose to take them that would keep my bill close to what I was paying now. To sum it up Aby was very helpful and I am continuing with spectrum with a new two year contract which I will be paying 8 dollars less then I have been paying and I have a landline now c which I won't be using but it is available if I choose to use it. Again thank you Aby for all of your help and recommendations. A+ experience. read more

the girl gave us a deal for switching to spectrum and getting new iPhones on payments. she explained everything wrote it down for us and gave us her number and offered us numerous things. When we decided to get the deal she explained to us, she did not explain all these extra fees and payments we were going to make they were going to charge us nothing of what the girl had explained to us, she lied to us and wasted our time thinking we were going to get an awesome deal. read more

Been a Spectrum customer for 3 years. I just have internet and my bill went from $45 to $90 a month when the intro promos ran out. I called to see if there was a different kind of deal/promo I could apply for and they've got nothing. Kind of a crappy way to treat customers who want to keep your service. AT&T literally just put lines down in my neighborhood so I'll def be canceling and switching service. Also, the internet they do provide cuts out constantly now throughout the day, it never used when I first signed up, they're crazy if they think I'm going to keep paying almost 100 dollars a month for internet when it doesn't even work half of the time. read more
