    Customer service is a joke to this store. Once they make their sale they're done helping you out. Horrible experience.

Upon arriving to the store, they looked up my serial number and told me that I didn't have loss/theft protection and told me that Apple would not replace a single airpod. Go home, get online with apple and their shipping me one for a fee, great! Why can't Simple Mac just tell me that instead of lying to me and telling me that Apple won't replace it period. I will never schedule another appointment with any Simple Mac Store. They are uneducated and unwilling to help unless it benefits them and they can sell you a brand new product.

My phone battery was replaced. I was told the motor to make it vibrate was broken and they did it. It would be replaced since they did it. There was back and forth about when he would be there again. I had an appointment for the motor after my boyfriend waited another day with no results. He went to get it after being told it was finished. Thank goodness. He got there and was given my phone piece by piece it a pile! It was not even together! I had to download everything from my cloud. I learned how to do all that fast. Never go there. The lies never stop and no one knows anything about phones! I am disabled so he took it for me and multiple times I might add due to ineptness & chronic lies right to your face. Don't trust them to do anything!

I was charged a $65 diagnostic fee and told the repair would be completed in 5 days. I made it very clear this was a work computer and that I needed it back as soon as possible. When I returned on 12/20, I was told they had lost a part and would need to reorder it. I was never contacted about this delay -- I had to drive there to find out. Over the following weeks, I called the store more than 10 times and made five separate trips trying to retrieve my computer. Each time I was given different and inconsistent explanations, ranging from lost parts to difficulty obtaining them. At one point, a technician even told me he "had eyes on the parts," which turned out not to be true. After weeks of delays, poor communication, and no clear answers, I finally lost patience and demanded a refund of the diagnostic fee and picked up my computer unrepaired. This experience showed a complete lack of organization, accountability, and respect for a customer's time--especially when dealing with a work device. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.

Estimated turnaround May 21. After several calls over several weeks talking to Chris and Alex they said they would investigate. Never, I repeat never, did either Chris or Alex call me back. Alex even told me Chris was going out of his way to help me. I asked several times to give me the owners name and phone number. He told me it was against company policy and refused. I then asked for the corporate franchise contact and was again told it was against company to give that information. I research who owned UBreakifix and Asurian is the parent company. Got a hold of complaint department and in no time at all they researched and found the Xbox was lost or stolen and sent a check for the price of a used unit through Amazon or GameStop. When we put in the order they required a $70 deposit. It was paid. After getting the settlement I called the store and Alex said he would contact Chris and he would be in touch. Of course he never called. I called again and Chris said he tried to get refund but system would not allow because the $70 was listed as a diagnostic charge. We were not told there would be a diagnostic charge. We were quoted $140, period. They did not fix anything. They want to charge $70 for something that was never fixed. This is wrong on so many levels. I would recommend this establishment be avoided at all costs. Even their own website says free diagnostic, no obligation statement. Check this out for yourself.

They promise for 6 months or 1 year warranty but you won't get this in return and when you go back , they don't honor their words. This shop is full of lies and mistrust which has no honor and dignity. Beware! Don't fall for this scam. I am sharing this feedback to help future customers avoid being misled. * They overcharge for their services. * They use low-quality parts that do not last. * They promise a 6-month or 1-year warranty, but when you return with an issue, they refuse to honor it. This shop operates with dishonesty and broken promises. There is no trust, accountability, or professionalism here. I went here for an iPhone 14 Pro Max screen replacement. Our original plan was to get the repair done at the Apple Store, but they needed a few days, and we needed the phone fixed urgently. While leaving the Mall of Georgia, we noticed this shop and decided to check with them. The person at the shop promised a high-quality replacement screen and a 6-month warranty (instead of the 3-month warranty from Apple). Based on this, we agreed to the repair and paid $250. Just 6 days later, the screen stopped working. When we went back for the warranty repair, they refused, claiming we didn't have the 6-month warranty in writing. It's true that we didn't get written proof, which we should have asked for--but the warranty was clearly promised to us verbally. After we insisted and explained why no one would pay $250 for a screen that failed in a week, they finally agreed to replace it. However, I had to make three separate trips to the store because they kept saying the replacement screen wasn't available. On the final visit, when they finally replaced the screen, they forced us to pay an additional $100, even though the issue was clearly under the promised warranty. Final words: Do not trust this shop or individuals like "Johnny" (which seems to be a fake name). They make promises they don't keep, use questionable parts, and push extra charges on customers. Save yourself the stress and avoid this place.
