It was only 15 mins away so we went over Now my son has a Bark phone so there are some nuances to working on these... but they said they could do it but it would take 3-4 hours. Whats a dad to do... gave them the phone and found a mellow mushroom down the road went to eat and wait. Amazingly enough about an hour and a little Kate I got a call saying to was done. I brought my iPhone 16 Pro to this uBreakiFix location on February 7th. They sent it out for a motherboard repair and told me it would be completed within their 15‑business‑day policy. For two weeks I consistently called for updates, and every time I was told the same thing: "It's fixed, shipped, and will arrive by the 15th business day." On the morning of the 15th business day, they still claimed the device simply hadn't arrived yet. After multiple calls throughout the day, I finally reached them in the evening -- only to be put on hold for almost 20 minutes and then told something completely different: My phone was NOT repaired, NOT shipped, and they have NO idea when it will be finished. This was not just poor service -- it was outright misinformation. I was repeatedly given false updates for days, only to find out they never even had my repaired device. If I hadn't kept calling, I would still be in the dark. No customer should have to deal with this level of incompetence and lack of transparency. Avoid this location unless you're prepared for endless delays, zero communication, and contradictory information. read more

Do not take your phone here! Brought my phone in for a warranty battery replacement. Took 7hrs (when quoted 5) and my phone no longer works. Screen is pixelated. Camera is blurry. They literally broke a fully working phone! It was less than a year old and still under warranty and they fully broke it!! UPDATE FROM RESPONSE: AVOID AVOID AVOID! They never told us anything about a motherboard issue. Gave us the phone back and said "it was all fixed". Their response is trying to cover themselves and not admit they messed up and truly a lot of BS! When we called the next day with all the issues, we were told "we can't touch it". First timer using this store. My mom needed a battery for her older iPhone. They installed a new one (within a few hours) for $69.99. This was definitely cheaper than buying a new phone and seems to be working well. We had to go there a few times before they could get us in as they are very busy. :). I went to this location today in heavy traffic to drop off my WII console. I called first and asked if they could repair it. The male said to leave it for three days and he would call me with a quote. Once at the location, a heavy set male gave me all kind of excuses why he couldn't repair it. He told me to get one off of Ebay. I told him that I would just like to get it fix here. He wouldn't take no for an answer so I left the location. This is the main reason places like this go out of business. I like to spend my money on whatever I want and I don't need some smart kid telling me what I need to do with my money. Before you go know they keep busy. They told me they needed my iPhone in the store before 12:00 noon for same day repair. Screen replacement for iPhone X takes from 2-4 hours depending on how busy they are. They wouldn't let me leave my phone in the evening to be repaired the next day. Make sure you have your Apple ID and password and turn off 'find my phone' before you go to collect your repaired phone. My screen had gone black so the phone could only be used with Siri or in the car. I had to use my home computer to turn off find my phone. I spoke to different people there and found Brandon the most helpful. My insurance paid for the repair, yippee. read more

This is my third time coming to this location for repairs to various devices (once for a Chromebook, once for a Nintendo Switch, and this time for an iPad). Each time I have had excellent service. For the Chromebook, they called me after sending it off and told me what it would cost to repair, and after looking up for me what I could buy a brand new one for, they advised against spending the money on a repair that would cost more than a brand new one. I really appreciated the honesty and the fact that they did research before advising me. The second time for the Switch they were able to repair it for a very reasonable cost and it has worked perfectly ever since. And this time for the iPad Nick was able to so quickly and easily fix my issue (lightning charger broken off inside the charging port) that he didn't even charge me for the visit. He made sure that it worked after he fixed it, too, and was pleasant to speak with while we waited on the very dead iPad to charge up enough to confirm my issue was resolved. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone! By the way, if Nick's boss is reading this, even though he did not charge me for the repair, I did buy a charger and a charging block so you still received monetary business in addition to my loyalty and desire to spread the word about your company! :) read more
