Yes, you bunch of incompetent ding dongs. I did. They took my deposit, now they have my turntable, and I can't get it unless I pay for the parts and repair. A ripoff spot. What a group of ding dongs. Do NOT bring your business to this place. Three and a half years just to get a part in for a well-known and popular turntable. And in this time, NO calls, responses, emails, texts, no information whatsoever only to have them call with this complete and utter garbage. I am in the audio feild and make sure to go out of my way to steer people clear of this place.

We set a time range for the next day, I went to his store and am very impressed with Nadar's service and pricing. Was a good guy who is fluent in both Spanish and English (dual passports). I value quality service at a fair price and this place fits the bill. On some sites it noted they are open until 8, but I think it is 7pM. I asked the owner about the one poor review and he noted that his father had passed away out of the country and couldn't get anyone reliable to service the store on that day the review referenced. So I hope this 5 star review can continue to counter balance the one poor review. I will continue to come here for my cell phone service needs.

The issue was professionalism and how I was treated when I raised a legitimate concern about a charge on my card. I brought in a Pioneer SX-850 for evaluation because of the reputation Norman Electronics built under the previous ownership. What I experienced under the new ownership was very different. The interaction became unnecessarily hostile, and I left with the distinct impression that I was not being afforded the same level of courtesy, patience, or respect that every customer deserves. Whether intentional or not, that perception is difficult to ignore. The owner's public response to my google review only reinforced my concerns. Prospective customers can read both accounts and draw their own conclusions.

Instead, it constantly requires system updates that must be done over WiFi, making it far less functional than advertised. When I brought the issue back to the store, I was told that "SK didn't know," and no solution, replacement, or compensation was offered. That level of response is extremely disappointing--especially after spending over $700. I would strongly recommend doing your own research before purchasing from here and not relying solely on what you're told in-store. This was an expensive lesson for us, and the product is not nearly as functional as we were led to believe.

All the wiring from two antennas on the trunk running the full length of the car were run with completely hiding the wires.
