I sent the pics, called him back and he confirmed that yep...TV is not repairable. Why am I leaving a glowing review? He didn't get in his vehicle, drive over and charge me $200-400 like some other mobile technicians wanted to. He picked up the phone, was courteous and most important knowledgable, and he was also quick. IF I need mobile TV service, I'm calling Sam. We left a voice message for him and he called right back. We told him what the TV was doing and he knew right away what the problem was. He came to our house, picked up the TV, repaired it and delivered it back to our home. His original estimate included what he thought he would have to order for a new part and we didn't even question it, but without even knowing it, he told us that our TV ended up not needing that particular part so he was honest up front and told us about it and didn't charge us for it.
