I then took it to Cellairis and they looked at it, tested it, noted that it was bent, but said it could be fixed (and straightened) and that due to a couple of small cracks in the screen at the edges they may have to replace the screen too, but that they would do their best to try not to have that happen. They were confident, but also honest and very clear about the possibilities. They had it done within 2 days and were able to fix it and straighten it out without any issues. This store ran an Instagram advert, and I noted they had good pricing on both screen replacement and battery. I inquired and was responded to within 5 mins. We set a time range for the next day, I went to his store and am very impressed with Nadar's service and pricing. Was a good guy who is fluent in both Spanish and English (dual passports). I value quality service at a fair price and this place fits the bill. On some sites it noted they are open until 8, but I think it is 7pM. I asked the owner about the one poor review and he noted that his father had passed away out of the country and couldn't get anyone reliable to service the store on that day the review referenced. So I hope this 5 star review can continue to counter balance the one poor review. I will continue to come here for my cell phone service needs.

The next day, they refused to give me the phone back because 'the part didn't come'. Now at this point they have closed the shop despite posting a sign which says Monday-Sunday 10 AM-8 PM and disappeared. Yesterday I was able to leave voicemails. Today, the phone number says 'voicemail has not been set up.' Absolutely not recommended.
