I called Snap Tech after I dropped my iPhone 6s, resulting in a shattered front glass. They were…read moresuper easy to work with, and are open until 7 to accommodate those of us with day jobs. I of course backed up my phone, and headed over after work. The young lady who did my repair possessed the skills of a neurosurgeon. I asked if I could watch her do the repair, and she obliged me. It was fascinating. She was super organized and really meticulous. My kind of nerd. The cost was $208. She was done in 25 minutes. (The reason the iPhone 6 is expensive is because both the glass and a big circuit board ((or something)) has to be replaced.) Personally I was more concerned about the job being done correctly and precisely, and it was. Thanks!

I think the store has changed names, but it is this same location. As far as the results, the ipad looks much better and works for the most part. I came to this place because my phone was cracked. He sold me when he offered a 3 month warranty…read more To my understanding the warranty covers you in the case the screen black outs. Any physical damages would have to be paid for. Which is reasonable I agree and he fixed my phone. I have a 17 Pro Max the orange one. After he fixed it he told me my "stand by" function will no longer work which I thought was fishy considering I'm paying $200. I bought a new screen privacy screen protector and when placed on my new screen lines appeared as if the screen was rejecting the screen protector. Now these are problems that I noticed immediately they're small and not the end of the world but it's worth mentioning since people are paying. Now back to that 3 month warranty in the case the screen blacks out. I had a gathering with my family so to stay engaged I sit my phone the table. Something I do all the time never been a problem. I wake up the next morning to retrieve it and it won't turn on. My phone will ring , you can feel the vibrations my phone is not broken my screen just blacked out Something That Was Supposed To Be Covered In The Warranty . I call him and he tell me he can not replace my phone if it was damaged by water. The way he can tell or not if it has water damaged is by a strip inside the phone if it's x-color it dry if it's y-color it's been water damaged at some point. I tell him my phone has been wet before I came to him and I'm positive my phone just blacked out. He tells me he would not have sold me the warranty had he known I had previous water damage because it makes the screen more prone to blacking out. WHICH IS TOTALLY UNDERSTANDABLE. But my problem today is I was not notified of this disclosure until after I've already paid and my screen is already blacked out. This business represented horrible communication and integrity the price is extreme and the product is mediocre. If I pay $200 for a service I expect all the functions of the phone to be there after the service. And if your selling point is your warranty you should be communicating your terms.

This place is a scam. BEWARE…read more They charged me $572 to fix the face of my iPhone 13. When they returned it, the phone would not connect to the internet and registered as having non-original Apple parts. They asked for the phone back and never returned it nor my money. They were really nice and they told me it was a quick fix two days later they told me that it would be over $400 to replace my screen when I brought it in the screen was not broken. They were no issues with it. It was just the charging port had a little debris in it it needed to be cleaned out mind you it's $100 to replace my screen anywhere else so I picked up my phone and did not get them to do anything to it and now I have a broken screen and I ended up cleaning out my charging port by myself Which they wanted to charge $90 for. They also told me they could fix my laptop screen for $500 but after my phone they told me I had to pay before they fixed it so they still have my laptop on fixed. I've had five different people tell me five different things it's just overall weird and I do not recommend it. UPDATE i got a notification on my phone that it had an in authentic part being my camera. Mind you after the "and customer service experience I decided to not get my phone fixed with them. This is because when I brought it in there was no damage to the screen at all. It just would not charge, so I need my charger port cleaned, when my phone was there they said they couldn't turn it on yet continue to send me a picture of my phone charged with a broken screen and then said that I had to pay close to $500 to get my screen repaired, but there was no damage before I brought it in. now which is a week later I got this notification saying that there was an an authentic Apple part B in my camera installed in my phone. This is the only place I have ever taken my phone and have still not gotten the screen fixed so I'm not sure what they did when they called me to tell me "what was wrong with my phone" I asked to come pick it up and would not be using their services. They told me I would have to wait until the next day because "my screen and phone wear already taken apart so they would have to put it back together" which is weird because this is when they first told me what was wrong with my phone, so why would my phone already be taken apart before I even asked them to fix it or told them they could fix it. This is super sketchy. I'm going to check my phone in the Apple to see what's going on and as a woman this just feels unsafe. Do not come to this store.
