For two weeks I consistently called for updates, and every time I was told the same thing: "It's fixed, shipped, and will arrive by the 15th business day." On the morning of the 15th business day, they still claimed the device simply hadn't arrived yet. After multiple calls throughout the day, I finally reached them in the evening -- only to be put on hold for almost 20 minutes and then told something completely different: My phone was NOT repaired, NOT shipped, and they have NO idea when it will be finished. This was not just poor service -- it was outright misinformation. I was repeatedly given false updates for days, only to find out they never even had my repaired device. If I hadn't kept calling, I would still be in the dark. No customer should have to deal with this level of incompetence and lack of transparency. Avoid this location unless you're prepared for endless delays, zero communication, and contradictory information.

Primarily, because every single piece of clothing they sell MUST BE REQUIRED to say Aeropostale or Aero or Aerie on it in a hugely obnoxious way. They might as well have it light up or screech like a Bald Eagle in heat when you look at it. (Is that something Bald Eagles do?) Okay, if it is any kind of disclaimer about me (if I'm not being fair to them) I really do not like just about anything with a brand name on it (there are very few exceptions but I'm sure they're there). I walked into this Outlet store today at the N GA Premium Outlets because of this very large "70% OFF" sign in the window. Plus, I was looking for some admittedly hipster ridiculousness for a photo shoot. I also cannot tell you why a store like this, time and time again, has such unfriendly, too-cool-for-school employees who - if you weren't looking right at them - you'd think they were reading a teleprompter in the most uninterested, monotone voice they can muster.. but I assume (though I've been told not to assume anything) that it's because they're actually high school students who couldn't give two sh!ts. (I have worked in a place like this.) Turns out, all was not lost today as I found a borderline-terrible hat (you know when something is so ugly it's cute? The sales girl promptly got us a dressing room and my son the size he needed from the back of the store. At the register I was a few dollars short of a bigger coupon and the cashier made me aware right away. The place was clean and organized. I've been here off and on over the years and the place has always been messy and employees rough around the edges, but they've seem to do a complete turn around and we'll definitely be back!
