    HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! They billed me a full amount after I had already moved out of my home. I…read morenever received the box to return my modem. I called their billing department and it was someone in another country who was no help and who wanted to be no help. I tried to call about the modem and it just keeps you on the phone for hours saying "the estimated wait time is less than 10 minutes." DO NOT USE THEM!!! You will never be able to speak to a real person or anyone who actually cares and wants to help with your account. They will keep billing you after you cancelled service and will not give you any way to speak to someone who will help you! Horrible value and horrible service! There is NO SERVICE!

    Our service went out a week ago. Not sure why it took a week to get someone out to repair. That is…read morenot acceptable if you work from home. The technician first stated that our equipment was outdated and he updated. He then advised There is a problem with the tower by the street that we share with a neighbor. He came back with a part but could not resolve. He advised someone would be out this morning by 9 am. Someone called at 5:30 to advise they could not make it today. This is not our first go round of long waiting for repairs and broken promises. Not sure how this company survived except there are few providers in this area. We do expect a credit for the days of lost service. Their prices have doubled in about 2 years.

    The internet service itself is great - very reliable, and the guy who did my installation was…read moreawesome. The company itself is scummy. Customer service will talk you in circles for hours. They straight-up lie about their prices to new customers. They repeatedly try to put an equipment rental fee on my bill even though I supplied my own router. They'll also raise your bill every year with no justification. And forget about the "prepaid Mastercard reward." I never got mine despite calling about it numerous times. If I had any other option, I'd go with another company just to avoid giving Kinetic another dollar.

(How professional is that?) I have a house in High Springs. . I do not live there. I have a tenant with a busy job who cant take a day off to meet you at the house, therefore I need to drive 5 hours north to meet you there. We have an appointment set for April 24th, of which YOU sent me appointment options. I still receive daily texts annoying me to make an earlier appointment. Yesterday my tenant informed me that you sent me a threatening letter that I was going to be charged $30 a month because I "couldn't meet your deadline" This is BS! You better NOT charge me $30 bucks because I have been making appointments all along! Yes, and you WINDSTREAM have cancelled 3 of them. I am reporting you to the Better Business Bureau as well. We have an appt set for April 24th. I have to leave work and drive 5 hours to get there. You better NOT cancel on me this time! Dana
