We scheduled a mutually agreed-upon date. They showed up on time at 9:30 a.m. worked all day until 10:00 p.m. that night. In advance, they warned that the project may take 2 days depending upon how the first day went. So I wasn't surprised that the project required a second day to complete. They showed up the next day as agreed at 8:30 a.m. and completed the outside portion of the project and the inside portion of the project by 3:30 p.m. the second day. They actually care about the work they are doing and making sure that we are satisfied. They took care of little issues along the way, and completely cleaned up before they left, including pressure washing the sidewalk from the front door and the entire driveway because red clay was everywhere. We are extremely pleased and highly recommend Request The Best Plumber. We will be using them if we ever have plumbing issues in the future.

He said he "thought" I had flipped the breaker, although I gave no indication of that. And he was a total spaz case. Earlier, I had a good experience with Mr Knepper who helped me get a real antique running good as new. He couldn't have been nicer or more knowledgeable and has been an instructor in HVAC. So it depends on who you deal with.

I called Dockery Plumbing because of their previous work/quality/price and two young guys showed up. They were inside our cabin no more than five or six minutes and charged me $200. Additionally, their work came undone within a couple of weeks. That was more than a year ago and I'm still peeved at being ripped off. They came out to service my HVAC within a couple of days of contacting them for routine maintenance. They were super flexible and worked with my schedule. I could immediately tell that I was in some knowledgeable, trustworthy hands. Dale serviced all aspects of my AC and Heating system and took the time to show me on his multimeter that my capacitor was bad, which he deftly replaced for a more than fair price (I googled it, and saw that he charged below the price found in my search results). I mentioned that I have a huge aversion to going into the attic, where my air handler is located, so Dale threw in (and installed, at no charge) a sensor which would shut off my system in the event that my drain line was clogged, before the drain pan could overflow. This was so kind and such a great suggestion because if such a problem were to occur, I wouldn't notice until it leaked into my living space. Dale and Jennifer gave me and my teenage son lots of tips for how we can keep everything running smoothly until our next service next year. We will definitely be calling on them when we're due for maintenance again, or in the event that we have any unforeseen problems.
