My January water bill was 50% more than the December bill. I left a voice msg at the Clarkesville Water Department on Saturday (the day I received the bill) to ask why. They called back on Monday to tell me my usage was double what it was the month before. We suspected a problem, so a technician was dispatched to check the water meter in my front yard. He detected a leak, just on MY side of the water meter, wouldn't you know!! I called Conditioned Air Systems, and Warner made it his priority to come check out the problem. He located the leak, calculated the work and gave me an estimate. I had to leave for an appointment, but Warner was on the phone contacting a work crew to come to repair the leak so there would be no more water loss. Warner was waiting for the crew when I left. When I returned, they had repaired the broken joint, made the pipe leakless again and was cleaning up the hole in the yard. Warner of CaS came immediately to check the problem and called in Armand and Eudie, the work crew, to stop the flow of water from the broken joint. I highly recommend CaS and the crew that did the work! They were super! They saved my life... and my wallet by their speedy response! Warner and Armand even complimented me on my new haircut!! Conditioned Air Systems has been doing maintenance on our HVAC systems for years and when it was time to replace the units I got an estimate from 3 other companies for comparison. CAS offered a much better cost and the process was amazing. Trey Chesser came out and provided a comprehensive quote. Super well informed he treated us right and gave us a great deal. Literally, within 3 days the 2 HVAC units were ordered and installed! The actual installation part took 4 guys one day and it was done. They cleaned everything up and were careful to use booties and floor coverings. Really nice folks. Couldn't be happier and I highly recommend CAS, Trey Chesser and their installation team. We bought our house in May 2009, and on the recommendations of both a friend and my realtor we called Conditioned Air to come in and service the HVAC unit in the house, which wasn't functioning properly. When we called, they recommended the annual service package, since it would save us money in the long run due to the discounts on parts and labor, and the fact that the unit would be maintained properly. We agreed, and for $135 they will come out twice yearly to perform preventative maintenance on the unit. In addition to this, they also fixed a few things and included it in the annual package price when they were there on the initial visit. The technician found a few loose ducts that he repaired on the spot, and he made sure that everything was back to running properly. When he left, the unit was blasting cold air, just like it should be. We've continued to have them service our HVAC system twice a year since buying the house, and are still very pleased with their service. The technicians are professional, and do not push unneeded services on us. When they do have a recommendation, they quote on the spot what it will cost, and we can choose to either take care of it then and there or leave it be for the time being, and they have always been honest about when something is critical vs. non-critical. We have used their emergency services once, and were pleased with that experience too. The technicians are prompt, clean, and polite. And the folks who take the service calls at their office are also very helpful. The low price, in addition to multiple initial recommendations made them our first choice, and we're very happy that we chose them. read more

A lot of us take the time to complain when a company treats us wrongly, but we don't always take the time to tell others how awesome a company is. I use Conditioned Air out of Gainesville, GA to take care of my home's heating and cooling systems. I pay Conditioned Air a very reasonable yearly maintenance fee to come out twice a year and perform maintenance checks on my system and tell me what repairs, if any, are needed. One of the items on the maintenance checklist is to blow out the condensate lines. Unfortunately, the tech who came out to do this in April must have failed to do so. Result? My primary condensate line became blocked and the secondary drain line evidently had a small leak which led to water damage in my kitchen. I called Conditioned Air and talked with Kelly, one of their service reps. She was friendly, professional and got back to me the same day with what Conditioned Air was going to do to make this right. At no charge to me, they sent a tech out the same day to correct the blocked condensate line. They are also going to run the secondary line to a better location for me at no charge (current location is above the back door - bad design when the house was built). And lastly, all damage to my kitchen roof and crown molding will be taken care of at their expense by either a contractor of my choosing, or if I like, they will set up the repair and pay the contractor directly. Yes, a mistake was made but this company made me a lifetime customer by immediately taking steps to make it right, while throwing in work that is not even related to the issue (the rerouting of the secondary drain lines). We have used Conditioned Air Systems for several years now and they continue to outdo themselves in the customer service area! I had a clogged condensate line and what I thought to be low freon in one of our units. Herman the technician came out and was very professional as he went about to diagnose the problem. After several attempts to fix the problem myself I decided to call CAS. He ended up finding the clog rather quickly and dismantling it from the line. In doing so he went out of his way and fixed a cpl of other minor issues that could of been major down the road (at no additional charge) as well. In addition, he checked the system for any freon shortage and determined that the pressure was good and no additional work was needed (which a lot of company's would see as a good time to upsell on some freon because I wouldn't know right?)) This is not a one time good experience with CAS. Every technician who has ever came to our house from CAS has been very personable, professional, and experienced in what they do. One of the biggest things for me personally is they have never tried to sell me on anything that I didn't need and if there is something I did need they always give me a quote on the spot with what I feel is very honest and competitive pricing. That being said I have recommended this company to both neighbors and family with exceptional results and will continue to do so in the future as you can tell there guys are held to top notch standards which is hard to find these days! read more

I called CAS as my AC stopped working (it was a construction grade unit, about 7 years old). I was given an estimate under $100 for the diagnosis, and was told it would be additional for any repair parts. The technician was very nice and told me it would be an easy fix, but to my surprise handed me a bill for almost $600 and told me I would need a new unit soon. The "repair" did not even last one day! A few days later Stuart from CAS came out and over quoted us not only a new system, but recommended we replace our second system and both furnaces. We called another company who responded with better service and confirmed our problem was not only misdiagnosed upfront, but we were ripped off by CAS! read more
