Great experience from pumping to having our drain field replaced. Every person we dealt with was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We had a lot of concerns since we've been babying our system for 6 years since starting to fail. They were so confident and explained the whole process, the difference in the new systems vs old, and even setup to use the old once it dries up if we want. Septic work is messy, no matter what there is always clean up and work to make everything "pretty" again. But for their work, they did a fantastic job. Worked extremely hard and efficient and even spent additional time leveling out the work area along with other unleveled areas throughout the yard. I did not get a second bid as their price was lower than my expectation and I felt very comfortable with their abilities and knowledge. For the work they performed, the value was extremely high. Thanks guys! read more

I called Sam last night to get an estimate for a service call. We had our filter clogged up and we had sewage coming back into our home. He recommended a few things since it was after hours and then he showed up at 7am the next morning and fixed the problem quickly. He was professional and knowledgeable. He even gave us some tips on what we need to do to update our septic system (because it's old) In case we ever want to sell our home. I have already saved his number in my phone ok. He will definitely get a call when I need a maintenance call. Great service! read more

These guys are AMAZING!!! I had a sudden issue with my septic backing up and called Patriot Pumpers fully expecting them to tell me they would be out in a day or two. Sam showed up about an hour later and took care of all of my issues right away!! He was extremely informative on what I should do going forward to maintain my system and the price I paid was more than fair for his prompt response and service. Completely satisfied with how he took care of everything I needed!! Will definitely use them every time!! read more

Wonderful business! These men, Samuel being one, were awesome. Fast, efficient and POLITE. Emptied the septic tank and had the equipment at the cabin for additional root removal within an hour. All completed in a matter of 2 hrs. Supplied photos of part of the problem, explained everything in full. When called the office, apptmt. was the following morning. Receptionist called to confirm they were 30 minutes out, which was nice because it was early in the morning. Could not have been happier. Kudos! read more

It was such a pleasure doing business with these guys. We had an emergency over the Thanksgiving holiday with a house full of guests. They were out within hours and had everything fixed with minimal disruption. We also found out that the last company who came out a year ago only pumped one side of our septic tank which led to these issues. I wish I had used Patriot Pumpers sooner but now I feel more educated on how my system works and know who I will be calling in the future! read more

Absolutely cannot say enough good things about this company and its employees! Kristen was so helpful and informative on the phone. These guys really understand that people like me have to work and can't always be home at the time of service. It's hard to trust people these days but they made me feel like their most valuable customer from start to finish, and even sent me pictures as they were working. I will use Sam and his crew at PP from now on! read more
