I have recommended his firm several times since. Normally, I did all of the maintenance after that but, 25 years later, I had a five minute job that I couldn't reach. I called Dockery Plumbing because of their previous work/quality/price and two young guys showed up. They were inside our cabin no more than five or six minutes and charged me $200. Additionally, their work came undone within a couple of weeks. That was more than a year ago and I'm still peeved at being ripped off. We were also pleasantly surprised just a few weeks ago when another contractor discovered water in our crawlspace. The man from Palm Springs was here in no time at all. He a little less than an hour here, advised us he found no leaks, and said that we just needed to re-caulk around our shower stall. Last night we had temperatures in the teens, and we suspected we may have had a pipe under the house to freeze and break, so we called PSP and asked them to check it out. A real live person answered the phone and scheduled one of their men someone to come check things out. We are now satisfied and established customers.
