We scheduled a mutually agreed-upon date. They showed up on time at 9:30 a.m. worked all day until 10:00 p.m. that night. In advance, they warned that the project may take 2 days depending upon how the first day went. So I wasn't surprised that the project required a second day to complete. They showed up the next day as agreed at 8:30 a.m. and completed the outside portion of the project and the inside portion of the project by 3:30 p.m. the second day. They actually care about the work they are doing and making sure that we are satisfied. They took care of little issues along the way, and completely cleaned up before they left, including pressure washing the sidewalk from the front door and the entire driveway because red clay was everywhere. We are extremely pleased and highly recommend Request The Best Plumber. We will be using them if we ever have plumbing issues in the future.

He said he "thought" I had flipped the breaker, although I gave no indication of that. And he was a total spaz case. Earlier, I had a good experience with Mr Knepper who helped me get a real antique running good as new. He couldn't have been nicer or more knowledgeable and has been an instructor in HVAC.
