He immediately uncovered the tank with no problem( with a shovel!).When cleaning out the tank didn't cure the problem, he went further and found a clogged pipe leading into the septic system. Due to the location of the pipes and tank, the job required quite a bit of sawing and digging - work that I suspect not every septic service would do. Bobby and Triston worked hard all day. They were friendly and considerate of our property. They worked for two full days Recommendation was to replace the main water out flow pipe from the house to the septic tank. They stated the water flow was abnormally slow and eventually sewage/water would back up into our basement. To replace the main pipe they had to saw thru 5 t0 7" of patio concrete to access the pipe for replacement. They were 100% correct the pipe from the house and under the concrete slab was originally installed incorrectly and was a major issue. Billy and Tristin was totally considerate, polite and professional. Their quote for this complicated job was extremely fair. I 100% recommend them to resolve all septic or plumbing issues.
