My contractor hired BTDT when they were demo-ing my entire first floor after a flood. The dumpster…read morewas delivered and picked up when it was full without issue twice. When they came to pick up/drop off the third time, the driver was WAY too close to my house. My contractors were outside watching him and told him he was too close, and in the process of him backing up and pulling forward several times to try to get it right, he somehow dropped the dumpster off the hook (or whatever it is). It hit some things that were in front of my garage door, which pushed them into the door and bent the bottom 2 panels and tore the J-frame loose inside the garage. I was home and heard a bang so loud that I thought it was an explosion. The three men from the contracting company were standing outside and saw it happen. I gave it a week or so and when I hadn't heard from BTDT about the damage their driver caused, I called them. It took days of calling before I could get the manager (?), Jordi to respond to me and then I was floored by his behavior. Within moments of getting on the phone with him he was belligerent. He said he looked at the Google Maps Street View of my house and that the door was already damaged and that the dumpster never touched my house. The more I tried to reason with him, the more hostile he became, and I will admit that by the end I was matching his tone. He said all I heard was an empty dumpster hitting the ground and implied I'm too stupid to know the difference. He accused me of trying to scam BTDT and even said I "clearly don't care about my property" and hung up on me twice. One of my garage doors was broken on the top panel, but it was the OTHER door. The door that was hit wasn't broken! It wasn't down quite all the way because I never used that side but that's all. I sent him pics of the damage and he still refused to admit the dumpster hit my house. He said there would be bright green paint on it. I tried to get him to come out and actually see it instead of relying on a single pic from the last driver that picked it up, but he wouldn't even acknowledge me about it other than to say any damage there now I did myself. When the contractors came again the next day, I told them about it and they actually had pics of it. See attached. In front of the door is a moped with the kickstand on the dumpster side, a 5 gallon paint bucket, and a commercial, cast steel, Toledo Chopper meat grinder that weighs 50+ pounds. You can clearly see in the pic that the dumpster hit it, pushing it into the bucket and pushing the bucket into the door. It's lucky the moped and bucket were there to absorb some of the velocity or who knows how bad it would have been. Also attached is a pic of the bright green paint on the meat grinder. He even sent a video from inside the cab that shows the dumpster fall, the driver freak out then ask the contractors if it hit the house, then start cussing when they said it did. But even with all this, he won't admit it happened and stopped responding to my calls and texts when I sent the pic of it against the garage door. Eventually, I went to the contractor since they're the actual customer, and he couldn't even get them to respond to him at all. This company will damage your property, mansplain you how sound works, insult you, accuse you of deliberately trying to scam them, and then ghost you. For this to have happened in the midst of catastrophic flood damage makes it even worse. This was one of the hardest months of my life and BTDT made it far worse.

we could not be more disappointed with this company. They delivered a dumpster at my home a month…read moreago upon delivery they broke a hydraulic line all over our driveway and all over the road. We immediately called because the driver had left right after he did it. The company sent the driver back and to use our hose and to wash it off that that should handle it that it wasn't oil and that it should go away. needless to say it did absolutely nothing to remove it. The company promised us repeatedly that they were coming out to address the situation and said they were always ordering new cleaning supplies to do it each time. Eventually they would come out after dragging it out for days saying that they were sick or they had problems, but it never got better a month into it and my whole road looks like a. Today I asked them to do more and resolve the issues. Let me know exactly what they were going to do and when they were going to do it or that I would call the police and pursue it further and they responded call them again and me an address to respond them for their insurance information and they have not given that the owner repeatedly had told us that he would rectify the situation and make sure that it was completely removed. I am so deeply sad and that I ever had contact with this company and I'm not sure what it's going to take to resolve this issue. They are not honorable and do not stand by their word and when they do something wrong and said they would fix it. We tried to work with them and gave them a month to do so our mistake we should've gotten right on top of them every single day I would give him zero stars if I could, but if you're smart, I don't want your property destroyed. I started calling and texting Neil to ask for an update. He kept rejecting my calls. It's been over 2 months. My guess is that they can't honor the price they quoted for the work and don't want to come back and finish what they started. Very disrespectful and unprofessional.
