The office is spotless, well organized, and there were no long wait times which is so rare these days. Dr. Krishan Bhima is phenomenal. He took the time to truly listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and got to the root of the issue with a solution that was tailored to me. His bedside manner is kind, calm, and never rushed. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and their long term eye health. With his extensive background and years of experience in the Atlanta area, I felt completely confident in his care. Chris Jones, the office manager, is also a true standout. Her years of optical experience show in the way she communicates and supports both the team and the patients. She is knowledgeable, honest, approachable, and goes above and beyond to help you navigate your options. You feel like more than just a number here. I highly recommend this practice to anyone in the Cumming or North Atlanta area. It is rare to find a team that combines professionalism, warmth, and real expertise but this office does exactly that. I will definitely be returning and referring others.

I had a very disappointing experience with Windermere Optique…read more The biggest issue was with Andy, who works at the front desk and handles eyeglass orders. He told me he would order my glasses, but I never received any follow-up or phone call. After waiting without any communication, I ended up purchasing my glasses elsewhere. Since these were my first progressive lenses, I later stopped by Windermere Optique to have them checked. Andy initially told me it would cost $80. When I said that seemed unusually high, he spoke with the doctor and then came back saying the charge would only be $30. The large difference in price after a simple conversation left me questioning the pricing process and did not inspire confidence. Combined with the lack of follow-up on my original order and the rude customer service, this was a frustrating experience. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this office based on how I was treated.

Given that I have been a customer for several years, I expected some flexibility when I needed to reschedule because of an out-of-town business trip. Their unwillingness to accommodate a long-standing customer is frustrating and makes me question whether it is worth continuing to use their services. In addition, their frames appear to be significantly marked up to align with insurance coverage. Overall, the decline in service quality has become increasingly noticeable.

Clearly the one in training didn't know what she was doing, but the other one was giving NO direction. Then she gaslit me when I said the machine should not be touching my eyelid (never did before), and she said that was correct. They have a new eye scanning machine and they did not say it was new and different ahead of time. First they didn't bother adjusting it to my height so I was scrunched down. I was the one to tell them (twice) to lift it up so that it aligned properly. Then I was told to smoosh my right cheek up against the machine (so my was head is turned left), but still somehow look ahead. When they finally did the scan, it did some extra stuff (red lines, flashing) that she didn't bother to tell me about ahead of time. Then because they had no clue how to align someone properly with the new machine, my scan wasn't correct and they wanted to redo it (and this was just one eye so far)! I was done at that point and walked out. I have never walked out of an eye appt. Usually easy and pretty quick. My husband and son were also given the wrong prescriptions!
