I will try to make my review in the form of a list so it is as short as possible in the hopes…read morepeople will read it. Monday 3/7/22 1) Wife went into Metro store at 350 Shallowford Rd. Gainesville, Ga. 30504. We spoke to Angelina. 2) We looked at 2 phones one was approximately $400.00 more than the other. 3) The less expensive phone seemed to have everything we wanted and I asked Angelina if the phone had wireless charging. She said "yes it did," even though we found out latter it did not. 4) Thinking the phone had wireless charging and all the bells and whistles we wanted we proceeded with the purchase. 5) When we got home and tried to charge the phone wirelessly both in my wife's car and on charging station we found the phone did not have that option even though Angelina said it did. She lied! 6) I immediately called her to tell her the problem and tell her we would be in tomorrow Tuesday 3/8/22 to exchange it for the more expensive phone and pay the extra $400.00. 7) She said you need to come back today (being yesterday 3/7/22). I told her we lived an hour away and it would be the next day. 8) She said it had to be the same day which didn't go over well with me. I told her it would be the 8th and if that was a problem I would address it in a negative review. She immediately changed her tune and said no problem since I had 14 days if I wasn't happy with the phone. She tried to lie a second time. 9) Arrived back at store today the 8th at approximately 10:00 am. Angelina totaled up the extra for the new more expensive phone. The total came to $846.00 +/- one way or the other. I was so incensed I didn't pay too much attention to the number since it was over double what we had been told the previous day. I'd been lied to twice now they were trying to cheat me out of an extra $400.00 plus dollars. 10) She kept telling me she couldn't do anything I would need to come back Wednesday when her manager would be there. She didn't have code to do any adjustments and only he can do them. Come to find out the owner/manager does not trust his employees to handle problems and let them have to code to do adjustments. 11) Two hour round trip on Monday, two hour round trip today and she wants me to come back tomorrow and other two hour round trip. Does anybody know what gas is going for today, $4.29 per gallon and she wants me to come back tomorrow. Is my time not worth anything? 12) Asked to speak to owner/manager who was at another one of his stores and she said no she couldn't do that and he will not talk to me. 13) I tried calling Metro customer no service and found out I couldn't do that from inside the store as they have something that kicks you of the phone unless your outside. 14) Not going to go into all the details of my numerous conversations with Metro's customer service but I will tell you this. 15) I spoke to 3 customer service people. All were polite other than "French #503764". He was not helpful and when I asked him for his name and ID for my reviews he got very rude, he would not let me talk even when I tried talking over him. 16) I spoke to Erik ans supervisor who was nice but not helpful. Big problem is this store is not a company store. 17) Than I tried asking for a manager who I understand is over their supervisors. No luck with tahs 18) Lastly I tried messaging Metro on Facebook prior to making negative reviews. I spoke to Mona in Colorado who could not do anything and started by telling me there are no refunds even though I was sold a phone under fraudulent statements from Angelina. BUYER BEWARE WHEN WORKING WITH METRO BY T-MOBILE AND ESPECIALLY THIS STORE!

When our internet went out we were initially told it would be a week before someone could come out…read moreto look. We called in and spoke with someone and said they would try to get us in sooner. We ended up being without internet for 5 days. The cost for kinetic by windstream is reasonable but if your internet goes out don't expect to have a service technician at your house soon.

4/24-Dont know where they find their employees. Little to no customer service. They don't seem to…read moreknow or care how to handle billing issues other than taking payment. I have to watch them closely, just about every month there are charging discrepancies on my bill. It's like I'm not on a plan and they're charging whatever they want. Mine of all bills shouldn't be difficult for them or me. I have basic internet that's it. Windstream comes up with new charges that aren't explained or clear on the bill seems like monthly, and with no warning. Calling them has gotten so much worse post pandemic. If I have to call cs which I dread it's usually bc there's an issue and I already know that I'll need to speak with a supervisor, then they lie and say you'll be transferred to one. One of the ways I know I've been lied too regarding this is when the so-called supervisor comes on the line they say their name real fast. When I ask them to repeat the name I get hung up on. That's happened twice. Between the crappy product and dealing with their so-called customer service, I'm not paying potentially fraudulent charges etc.
