Sebastian was the only helpful employee in a very busy store. If you need help, ask for him!

Zero Stars. Rude, Incompetent, and Deliberately Unhelpful…read more Let me set the scene. My phone died. I pay for AT&T insurance. Two days later, a replacement arrives, only to discover that AT&T's own system won't let you transfer an eSIM from a dead device to a new one. Not my fault. Not my problem to solve. But somehow, it became exactly that. Everything online failed. The app failed. I was forced to visit a store in person. Already an inconvenience. What happened next was completely unacceptable. The moment I walked in, the rep was visibly annoyed. His first words? "You should have done that over the phone." I didn't have another phone. That's why I was standing in front of him. Then came the identification issue. I presented a digital driver's license and a Georgia DDS-issued temporary license, both of which are legally recognized by federal, state, local, and financial institutions. The TSA uses these documents to board passengers onto aircraft. Banks accept them. Courts accept them. AT&T does not. His explanation? "Security." That word doesn't mean what he thinks it means. When I pushed back and asked for clarification, his response was, and I am not paraphrasing "I'm not doing this today." There was one other customer in the store. Four employees on the floor. I had an appointment. There was no reason for this level of indifference except a complete unwillingness to help. I had clearly interrupted something far more important, his coffee and his phone screen. When I asked for his name, he refused to give it. A colleague stepped in and offered a name as "Jim." Whether it was real is anyone's guess. Based on everything I witnessed, I'd say probably not. The result? I had to drive unannounced to a friend's house, because I had no working phone to call or text ahead, just to use their device to reach AT&T customer service. That call took over 30 minutes, not counting hold time. All of this because one employee decided customer service wasn't on his agenda. When employees feel comfortable refusing to give their name, dismissing legally valid identification, and responding to frustrated customers with open hostility, that's a management failure from top to bottom. I would not recommend this location to anyone. There are other AT&T stores, other carriers, and frankly other options entirely. AT&T, do better! Your customers deserve it.

Total scam. For being the number one ATT store in GA, they sure play a dirty game. Kevin N helped…read moreus. Then magically later that day, our security passcode was changed, our order was cancelled, and two new internet items were ordered under our bill. Our internet and wireless were combined and now we have new extra charges that no one can tell us about. After 90 minutes on the phone, nothing was fixed. They told me my phone order was cancelled but two days later I got a email to expect a phone. They also told me to file a fraud report with their fraud division, but it's been denied. I will be filing a police report due to the theft.

December 10, 2025…read more Isaac J. I think sincere review of my business will do! When you. I didn't render any services to you so what are you reviewing? I just told you toes of parts available you can fix by choice and you iphine 13 no logo how it would look. Your phone is iphone 15 pro max how can I fix 13 on q5 pro max?? You don't have money to fix Apple logo parts so I don't no what you're review ??? + +The message above was left in response to my three star review of Ike phones. I was asked to set an appointment on Sunday and after saying I could not make that time would it be possible to repair my phone on Saturday. I was told you could do next Saturday after 12 noon. I left you another text message and said I could make it on Sunday after I had shifted some things around and you stated you had already replaced my appointment and asked if Monday at 4pm would work for me. I responded with yes, that would work for me and asked if there was any earlier time. You responded with yea, I am trying to avoid double booking What color is your iPhone 15 ProMax? I responded grayish almost blue tint, maybe natural and then I checked my purchase paperwork and responded blue titanium. You did not respond to any of those messages and I arrived at your business at 3:56 pm on Monday to a locked door. I sent you another text message which you never replied to and then called the number on the door explaining I had a 4pm appt and no one was in the business and the door was locked. Your response on the phone was you were working on a phone and would be there soon. I thought in spite of the above actions a three star review was fair you never once apologized for not being at your business for the appointment or making me wait. Then you send me the message above saying I don't have the money to get Apple logo parts. The truth was you wanted $20.00 more than someone who would fix my phone in 45 minutes the same day with Apple logo parts and I would not have to wait another day for you to fix it with the non logo glass or maybe longer if I wanted the Apple logo glass. I was trying to be nice and I thought a three star review was fair considering the treatment I received. You obviously disagreed from the message you sent me. I think this review is very accurate and you are correct you did not render any services. Instead you chose to insult me and say I could not afford to fix my phone. I gave you three stars because I know everyone has off days.
