Just recently went from AT&T to Verizon, and it was the worst decision I could've made. I went in wanting a family plan and was told by Donnell that my husband's phone will only be six dollars a month and if we traded his phone, we will get a $600 gift card and all these perks so it sounded great. We signed up gave him the old phone and got the Verizon phone and thought everything was set. We get our first bill and his phone is not six dollars and that is not including the service fee and startup charges. And we never received our $600 gift card like promised. When we called to ask about it, they said they still had our phone and it was never turned in. They were going to fix the situation now and we got a ticket number to reference it from the "manager" Sophia. I Was also told they would follow up in 24 hours to make sure we received our gift card. no one followed up. We never got a gift card. We went back to the store to find out what was going on. They looked up the reference number and nothing was linked to it. Everything everyone said was a lie. They basically just stole our money to gain our business and lie to us. Do not go there do not trust them. It's all a scam. I am still to this day trying to get in touch with a true manager to speak too but no luck. read more

I had a great experience at this location. My husband & I both upgraded to new phones, and we got the best of service. My husband first got his phone on Saturday and he was assisted by Robert. He helped my husband choose the best phone at the best price for him. He helped him to remove extra fees that were on our bill that were unnecessary, resulting in a lower monthly bill (even with the purchase of a new phone), and once the phone was selected, he migrated all of my husband's info from his old phone to his new phone. Great transaction. I went back a few days later to upgrade my phone also. All sales associates were busy at the time I walked in, but one of the young men acknowledged me and told me that someone would get to me as soon as possible. I really appreciated that. I was ultimately assisted by Brian. He was as helpful as Robert was a few days earlier. He set up my phone, migrating my info from the old phone to the new one, helped me find a new case for my phone, and he even installed the scratch-resistant cover on my screen while he was migrating my info to the new phone. Not only was he quick and efficient in assisting me, but he was also very personable and friendly. I felt like this was another great interaction. I highly recommend this Verizon store! Phone stores can be frustrating and time consuming, but this was such a pleasant experience. We worked with Derrell Matiin and he was so helpful, friendly and tried to save us as much money as he could. There's usually unmentioned fees or charges when changing a phone plan or getting a new phone, which is fine, but he made sure to mention everything and even had an answer to every question I asked. He even offered me a glasses wipe when he noticed I was using my shirt to clean them. Overall a very pleasant experience, and would gladly come to this location even if it is 45+ mins away from me. read more

I cannot say enough about Hasan. He is an absolute stand out employee. Any business would be lucky to have him. He went above and beyond to him my fiancé and myself to port our numbers and start a new phone plan together. He worked overtime to make sure it was a smooth process for us, getting on the phone with support even after we left the store. We got an even better deal than we imagined thanks to Hasan. Even more, after the sale was made, he kept in touch to try and get us incentives after Verizon phone bots messed up our transfer. Give this man a raise. It is hard to find employees that truly care about their customers and will help them leave the store a happy and loyal customer. That is what Verizon has with Hasan, don't lose it! The little bitch made boy with the receding hairline and glasses called my sister a "fucking dumbass" when she was visibly upset about not being able to disconnect her stolen phone without alerting her strict parents. Not too sure who shit in his cornflakes for the past 10 years, but he obviously has no clue that you never truly know what someone is going thru. When she asked to use the store phone to call her father, the employee walked to the other associates and called her the name, so loud the entire store heard, and then the employee behind her said "today is going to be a great day". Needless to say, the entire store needs to be reprimanded and him to be humiliated and fired, the way he humiliated her. Maybe an ass beating too. I've worked in retail a long time and I get having "those" customers or days, but calling them a explicit insult literally 10 feet away from them is ballsy for someone balding before 50. Everyone was so friendly at this location! I had a HUGE issue with my phone and everyone was trying to solve the problem. However, Alan worked with me one on one to help find a solution. The solution was a big task and Alan handled it so well and did not make me feel rushed. I was very stressed about possibly having to get a new phone. But, NOPE. Go anywhere else but here. The salesperson talked me into getting a returned tablet that I could get on the cheap ($100) and it would only cost me $10 a month. When I get my bill, it's a $10 access fee and $30 data charge and I'm roped into a 2 yr contract. Went to another store (Dallas/Acworth on 92) and they were able to help me suspend service until the early termination fee is reasonable. And they also let it slip that the tablets were supposed to be free as a promotion. Geez. read more

I spent several hours in the store getting a new phone, at first it wasn't that bad although the guy helping seemed like I was wasting his time after we hit the 2 hour mark, the whole problem was that they couldn't transfer my contacts. This is my business line and I cannot afford to not have my contacts. We found out that they said someone hadn't updated the machine and couldn't do it and just kept passing the blame (found out from another store it only takes about 5 minutes to update) then they gave me a hassle when I asked about getting a different phone.
