    They need more staff. I literally had one question but had to wait 20 minutes because the only two workers were occupied.

    Tony is an amazing asset to this company. My account was with Sprint and had been created in such a…read moreway that representatives had trouble dealing with it everytime I called in. When T-mobile merged with Sprint, I attempted to migrate my account to a T-Mobile personal account at this same location a few months ago and spent 4 hours in the store. After all of that time, The lady ran into an error and could not complete the transaction. I came back to try again and found Tony. He was patient and extremely knowledgeable. After an hour if research (this is how complex my account was) he knew how he would correct it and migrate it over to T-Mobile. He explained the process as he went through it and did what he said he would. Tony even took it a step further and contacted customer service to finish the process weeks later. He has been in constant contact with me updating me on every aspect. I was looking at going to Verizon after dealing with the last representative. I had been with Sprint for 20 years and Tony provided me with the customer service I was used to.

He designed and installed a sonos system that combines built-in speakers with sonos one units and it works great. He also installed our TV and integrated it into the sound system. He's a great guy to work with; smart, friendly, and really knowledgeable. Best of all, he was available to address issues with the system and spent a lot of time with Sonos tech support and on the phone with me while we were working out the inevitable kinks. Everything is working perfectly now and I couldn't be happier. You can't go wrong with Jon. Highly recommended.

Wes spent so much time with us, reviewing the process of switching over from my iphone 7, highlighting the 11's features, etc., and when he put in the order for the phone, none was available -- at any T-Mobile in town. He speculated that Apple's upcoming release of the iphone12 may have impacted this, along with the shipping issues from Covid. I asked if we found one online, could we bring it to the store if we have any trouble with set up. He said yes, that they could help in any way, any time; we have a T-Mobile account, obviously. We did need to take him up on that offer after we received an iphone 11 directly from Apple. For some reason, it would not accept the transfer of data from my 7. We took both to the store, and Wes was there to help us again, saying that they knew Apple had some server issues. While we did not give Wes the sale that would probably have earned him commission, I give my highest review for his professionalism, courtesy, and customer service.

I had to visit the store tonight because I purchase a replacement phone for my husband and I wasn't sure what to do about switching the SIM card from his old phone to his new phone. Not only did Spencer, the store associate who worked with me, give me phenomenal advice and answer my question fully, but he also went above and beyond. I bought a new screen protector for the replacement phone, and he did a perfect job (which is very hard to do on an "Edge" phone. I told him I wanted to surprise my husband, so he gave me a little tool to use later on to open up the phone and take a SIM card out. He gave me great recommendations on new phones and told me very plainly which phone was the best and why. I really appreciated that because it seems like I got the runaround from everybody else I talked to. T-Mobile, Spencer deserves recognition for the amazing customer service he provided for me tonight.
