We signed up gave him the old phone and got the Verizon phone and thought everything was set. We get our first bill and his phone is not six dollars and that is not including the service fee and startup charges. And we never received our $600 gift card like promised. When we called to ask about it, they said they still had our phone and it was never turned in. They were going to fix the situation now and we got a ticket number to reference it from the "manager" Sophia. I Was also told they would follow up in 24 hours to make sure we received our gift card. no one followed up. We never got a gift card. We went back to the store to find out what was going on. They looked up the reference number and nothing was linked to it. Everything everyone said was a lie. They basically just stole our money to gain our business and lie to us. Do not go there do not trust them. It's all a scam. I am still to this day trying to get in touch with a true manager to speak too but no luck.

Went in today- well not IN- I was met at the door by my tech who gave me a bucket of sorts to put my device in and was told to come back in an hour. In an hour same process at the door- i was outside, he was mostly in. Handed me my device to look over- (looked like a whole new phone). I gave it back to get a new screen protector and case and he held iPad at arms length for me to sign and pay. I did not comparative shop this time because I have referred many people over the past few years and they have always been the best price.
