    This store would not let us in due to my 4 year old child not having a mask on. Completely asinine on their part. Went to purchase an iPhone 12 Pro Max, 2 gizmo watches for our kids, and a new iPad. Guess we will take our business elsewhere. In response to the comment below... I would suggest you actually read the guidelines if that is truly what you are following.     Tony is an amazing asset to this company. My account was with Sprint and had been created in such a…read moreway that representatives had trouble dealing with it everytime I called in. When T-mobile merged with Sprint, I attempted to migrate my account to a T-Mobile personal account at this same location a few months ago and spent 4 hours in the store. After all of that time, The lady ran into an error and could not complete the transaction. I came back to try again and found Tony. He was patient and extremely knowledgeable. After an hour if research (this is how complex my account was) he knew how he would correct it and migrate it over to T-Mobile. He explained the process as he went through it and did what he said he would. Tony even took it a step further and contacted customer service to finish the process weeks later. He has been in constant contact with me updating me on every aspect. I was looking at going to Verizon after dealing with the last representative. I had been with Sprint for 20 years and Tony provided me with the customer service I was used to.

    Zero stars Predatory…read more Scam artist company that doesn't employ one single American who speaks like a human. They only employ over sees people who read scripts Their customer service representatives don't answer questions directly asked to them. You must repeat it multiple times and be extremely adamant on pursuing an actual answer to your question. They will cut off your services without any notification and they will act like they can't restore your services without a technician coming out, which they absolutely can restore it since they cut it off remotely. I have proven this through years of being their customer, they automatically will restore services remotely. If they sent out a technician you are automatically charged $100 regardless of whatever issue doesn't matter if it's Xfinity's fault, faulty rotor, faulty modem, faulty connection, faulty cameras they will always charge you $100 minimum for technician visit. If you're moving, and you need to move your equipment, they will charge you for a technician to come out, even though the technician came out to install the cameras and are physically unable to be moved on your own unless you have a double size ladder, and are willing to take a risk with your life. If you leave your cameras, they will charge you for new cameras and charge you for a technician to come out to install these cameras .You must call them and once again advocate for yourself to get that hundred dollars removed. It takes at least two hours to get anything resolved. Do not expect anything quick to be resolved when they transfer you which they will transfer you repeatedly to avoid any actual results in your favor You end up spending at least two hours on the phone with them every single time. This company has horrible customer service. They're completely predatory very disrespectful. Will tell you to calm down even if you're speaking to them politely calm saying yes ma'am no ma'am yes sir no sir they will tell you to calm down when speaking to them even if you're speaking correctly precisely respectfully doesn't matter they try to gaslight you into rage baiting you to respond. After even speaking correctly respectfully to them, they will notate your account that you are a hazard & a risk as a client to speak with over the phone so every single time that you were transferred every single person from that moment on will treat you completely disrespectfully and continue to try to rage bait you. Their prices will change without your notice. They will say that you agreed to something, but you have never agreed to anything. You didn't sign anything. You didn't agree to it. You didn't agree to change anything you didn't add anything you didn't agree to any rate change. This will happen continuously through years if you continue to stay with them. Your bill will frequently be wrong. The price is on your bill were frequently changed. Trying to advocate yourself will frequently be unresolved. I do not recommend this company whatsoever. They will automatically debit your card, even if you're set up on never auto pay. They absolutely have done this to me and I had to call my bank for a fraud alert . I only had a refund after telling them that I was going to seek a legal counsel for theft and money laundering out of my account without my authorization .It doesn't matter that they are one of the only companies that offers Internet and home security in one do not patronize this company. You will be incredibly disappointed.
