I have used AT&T home internet with no problem for almost 2 years until I decided to bundle internet and phone with this store. The associates were very friendly and caring while practicing excellent customer service, that is until they made the sale. Not only did they raise my internet price but they also doubled my monthly payment from what was agreed and signed for on the cell phone I purchased from this store. This was also part of a trade in agreement for an old phone, During this process they offered to transfer the data from the old phone to the new phone and they messed it up so bad that they had no clue how to fix it and refused to even try. Now a month later, I have received a bill that is double the agreed upon and signed for monthly amount for phone and home internet. When I entered the store today for assistance in correcting this issue, the store associates showed no interest in my problem and had to decide amongst themselves which one actually wanted to work today. Once they made their decision as to who would have to help me, the younger store associate put down his phone game and came up to the computer. The star character made her debut, in particular this is the store manager, Natara. Miss Natara decided it would be most professional to sit at the counter while me and one of the younger store associates were trying to figure things out and play YouTube videos on full volume. I respectfully but undoubtedly sternly asked Natara to please turn down her entertainment or please take it to the back room and out of the professional space. Upon this request she aggressively refused and asked me to leave the store. I did as requested and asked for her name so that I could write this review. I will never return here and I hope the owner of this store is aware of the employees he has hired that do not care about his business or his customers. As a business owner this makes me sick.

So i did not hesitate to call him again for the back glass of my iPhone 13 pro Well Tom came over and sat in his van and fixed my iPhone 13 pro or at least I thought so. I came inside and not 10 minutes later my front screen was popping off of the phone. I messaged and told him about this, and he responded back with telling me that because they had to remove the clips to remove the back the front clips might be lose well it was more than that the LCD screen was off and on even when it was just sitting there on the table. I messaged again that morning asking if someone could come and look at my phone because I cannot send him a screenshot of the damage obviously and he blew me off for about a week. Finally, he had someone named Ian come out to look at the front screen and Ian told me that the clips on the front were,gone so I got my iPhone 13 pro fixed the back glass was broken on it nut nothing was wrong with the front of the glass at all. After booking an appointment someone who has an issue with their work you are no longer important because they won't come back and fix it unless they charge you again and again they don't even give you a discount I learned a lesson to never do business with someone who is not apple certified yeah he charges 100 dollars to fix your phone however it takes him all of 3 minutes to do it and it'll be broken again in less than a month so if you just bite the bullet and go to an apple certified place and pay maybe 200 your phone will still be eligible for trade in and it won't break permanently in a money or less i mean if you want to throw the phone away let him fix it or if you think because someone knows something you don't you can watch a YouTube video and learn how to do it just as easily and not give your money to this greedy man he is hands down a crook i promise you the biggest crook!!! I bought a laptop from this place on ebay (computer-63) that had a bios password lock. They did not…read moremention this in the listing and even described it as fully functional. I cannot install my OS because the HDD controller is probably set to RAID mode. Looking back later I noticed that this listing did not have any bios pictures like their other listings...so incriminating. It was also packed very poorly with no packaging on two sides of the laptop. There was an imprint of the laptop in the cardboard box. no padding between laptop and charger. They ignored my messages for 2.5 business days until I mentioned contacting ebay. It is still unresolved over a week after arrival. The listing was as follows: "Laptop tested to be in excellent working condition. Has scruffs and scratches see photos for details. Does not include charger, battery, ssd/storage, or os. Sold as-is [...specs...] With no operating system and SSD included, users can customize the system to their preferences."
