    Bad internet, over paying for 500 Mbps, and getting less than a 100 Mbps

    I'm very upset of how things are going with Giga Monster. As a first time Customer I was expecting my experience to be comparable to my previous internet providers that I used before. Unfortunately first impressions are permanent and are there to last. When I called customer service today and spoke to DANNY about not having internet since morning, I was I formed that there is an outage in my area and they are working on it but didn't give me an exact time or expectations to when is it coming back! So I proceeded and asked him other account related issues since I'm already on the phone with him and it's impossible to get a hold of someone on the phone. And I asked him about when should I expect a bill to be sent to me ? Since I haven't received any since the date of installation. And to my shock I was told that there was a bill that was issued on the same day of installation dated (06/08/2021) which I was never informed about when i was on the phone with Marco ( agent who set up the account) I have called GIGA MONSTER at least 12 times since the time of my internet was installed. I had so many problems with my internet and frequent outages that i have to call them that frequently!!! Next thing I know that I was misinformed about how I was supposed to pay a bill upfront!!! Why was that information never conveyed to me??? And why Marco refused to take any payments on the day of my internet installation date? It's a stupid amount of $21 that is now a past due balance because of MARCO. it's past due because of the lack of information and bad service that i had over the phone which was the only way to set up an account with this company!!! This Internet provider is by far the worst and would never recommend to anyone: No customer service, internet unreliable, misinformation when speaking to agents, frequent outages, unreliable Technical support..... and the list goes on and on.

    Internet is constantly down and support is terrible. I do not recommend this service to anyone.

I've had Xfinity home internet for a few months, and while the service itself has been fine, my experiences with the generic hotline left me frustrated and unimpressed. What made all the difference, and what convinced me to take the leap and sign up for Xfinity Mobile, was the incredible service at this location. Every single employee I've worked with has gone above and beyond. It honestly feels more like a family run mom and pop shop than a big corporation. Leon was unbelievably helpful and kind while walking my 74 year old mom through cancelling her TV subscription. He treated her like his own mom, nothing but respect and patience. Shamira walked me through moving over to Xfinity Mobile. She went through the fine print with me, and made sure everything was squared away with AT&T before making the switch. Sophia helped me get my trade-in phones packaged up to mail off. She went the extra mile to make sure nothing would be damaged, gave me directions to the nearest USPS, and reminded me to give any of them a direct call if I have any questions or issues so I don't have to deal with the hotline again. Almost forgot to mention, when I had an issue with my coax cable at home, the technician who came out was prompt, thorough, and incredibly friendly. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it right away. If my decision to stay with Xfinity or switch to Xfinity Mobile had been based on their main hotline or automated customer service, I probably would've canceled everything and run the other way. While I realllllly hope not to have any issues with my service, if I do, I'll be excited to drop back in and see everyone while we get it figured out. I seriously can't recommend this location highly enough. If you're on the fence, go in person - you'll see what I mean.

They have been a reliable and no fuss no gimick trying to market and get more money from you and no contract company. pay your money each month and get good and reliable cell phone coverage and service. only once did they really make me mad when they asked when i was calling to make my payment via my debit card if they could go ahead and take out the next months payment. i didn't quite catch what they were saying on that automated line and i pressed what i thought was just making my monthly payment but i hit the button that agreed to them taking out my next months payment. i was infuriated that a company would help themselves to my money like that. they made it right by waiving payment on line fees for me. i recommend boost mobile highly. great coverage, no hassle company with good phones. i don't know why anyone thinks they need a contract with some of these high priced companies like verizon. you don't get anything more from them than what i got from boost and they are just better at spending your money on marketing and making you think they have something you need. hope this helps someone.
