After decades of loyalty, I should not be treated this way. The incompetence, the lack of accountability, and the stress they've caused me are beyond frustrating. When my wife bought an iPhone there, the Sales Associate signed her up for Roadside Assistance and GPS without our permission. When we finally discovered the charges on our bill, nobody in the store would help us. We had to escalate the matter to the Office of the President in order to receive a partial refund. Two weeks ago I bought an iPhone for my daughter at this store. First, we were never given a receipt. We were told that the printer was not working. When I went back into the store, the Sales Associate said that he thought that he had emailed the receipt to me. I asked to have one printed out. When I reviewed the receipt, I found out that we had been charged for 4 items that we never received (around $75). Later when I reviewed the actual bill, we had once again been signed up for services without our permission. We had been signed up for Mobile Insurance Premium and Mobile Protection Pack (around $12 per month). The Sales Associates at this store have done this to us multiple times. It's time for us to cancel our service with AT&T, because their people cannot be trusted.
