After the information shared below, it got even with the. I called the main office (locally) 4 times to see if they could/would change the contract over to the new photo be as I'd been
Promised.....i also called the store twice. Had to leave messages at both.
It's been WEEKS, and not one wit'd, NOTHING.
Neither the Store, nor the main office has bothered to return any of the calls.

Original review and how they manage to rip you off, or get you sucked in then not follow through.
So now, the 7 case, for the 6 phone they used is broken and nowhere to turn.
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY, especially this store!!!
5200 Windward Pkwy.
CAUTION!!
Be VERY careful what they tell you. Make SURE what you sign, matches what they tell you.
Last broken screen, was $88 dollars, another $88 and it covered screens "for life". If you upgrade, call and change your serial number, regardless how many times and you're covered, for life. (Or so they say)
2nd time. I went, planning to purchase this service. I was told a new one was $49, better plan. Included case, screen protector and screen repair. I asked if that was ongoing like the other, to which he replied, "yes".i told him to do that then. He fixed it (3x the price of Apple Store) and THEN told me the coverage was only 3 years.
I'd told him I was going to upgrade to "8" probably in October. He told me it'd cover that. When I picked it up, he said it wouldn't, ONLY this phone. BUT....if I brought it in within 30 days he'd change it. The phone won't even be out in 30 days.
I asked about the other $88 dollar plan. Why it was lifetime and this wasn't, and how this was "better" for only 3 years.
He said it's not. It's ONLY going to be same phone you have fixed. I reminded him of the day of the last repair. He said he remembered but. He must have been confused. I asked him if I change phones in 2-3 months, how is that going to help for the three years?!!
He said "it won't, but if you kept this phone, you'd he covered 3 years.
I told him it was a rip off and a lie that he tells to sell the service. To which he replied, "well, you've already signed the work authorization."
Be careful what they tell you, vs what you sign.
ONLY to find out the case isn't for the iPhone 6. It was an iPhone 7 case, but it was all he had.
Is a good case, or seems to be, the problem is the iPhone 7 doesn't have a place for headphones. So I was given an overseas trip along with very nice headphone be set, which will not fit the phone because of the wrong case.
You REALLY have to
Have a sharp eye, Make sure everything they tell you is open, honest, above board, and understood by both parties....especially the customer and in writing.
Otherwise, the story, repair, and cost
If figured as they go...by them. Fluctuates a lot depending on what they do (or how they
Feel). They truly seem like great/now CEO guys, but......reality comes when you go to pick
Up
