They messed up my phone but refused to fix it. Bad customer service! They care more about getting your money than your satisfaction.

2 stars is only bc technically my phone is better than when I brought it in bc the screen now turns on. so it's now much easier to see the letters, links, or whatever that im attempting to press. But unfortunately on average my "new" 100$ screen only registers about every 8th press. And I didn't have a choice but them bc apparently they are only ones who can get the screen I needed for my basic run of the mill Samsung phone. After picking it up the person who repaired it and I quote said, "it Was a perfect repair, no issues during. Just like new" and maybe it might of been working at first but wasn't Long b4 presses weren't registering. Same day for sure. And idk who all these other people are claiming they have some crazy nice expensive phone and needs fixed and their phone is fixed immediately in an hour bc for me to get a slightly better than the not working phone i brought in took 2 weeks. read more

DONT DO IT HERE You could just ask them, can I pay you 150 to break my phone? My phone had a slight crack in the front screen. Everything else worked perfectly when I handed it to Cellairis. In fact, when I showed it to the repair tech, she couldn't even see the crack. But I didn't want it to get worse. They broke the front screen the back screen, and several parts inside. After keeping my phone for several days, and it was completed, I was assured they tested it. The battery was dead so I was unable to check it until I charged it up. After charging I found the speaker doesn't work. I can't talk on speaker phone AND the headphone jack doesn't work. The headphone jack doesn't align up right, you cant even get the plug in. I could probably fight for them to fix it but now I think PLEASE DON'T TOUCH MY PHONE. I'll just have to do without those features. You'll forgive me if I don't thank you Jill H read more

Cracked screen on the youngin's iPhone 6. Cellairus says they can fix it for $139. Two hours. Ok. A couple of hours later the phone is fixed and we're on our way. Easy, if not a bit expensive. There are two Cellairis stores very close together apparently. This one is in the strip shopping center along with Five Guys and Panda. The other store is apparently in Walmart in the parking lot adjacent to the strip center. This store has lots of cases, protective and decorative, along with lots of accessories. Please read this! This company is the worst, DO NOT GET your phone repaired by Cellairis! They hide behind franchisees, and they don't care about the customers. I brought my phone in to have the screen replaced. When it was handed back to me the screen was damaged and I told the repair guy at the store and he said he would order the parts to fix it and give me a call. I went home to find out that my charging port stopped working after the repair. I went in the next day and told him that, he told me he would get the parts and call me, and he never did. I went back up there to follow up with him and he said he never recalled that conversation, I asked for corporates number and he gave me a number that nobody would answer. Since then I was able to search and get in touch with corporate finally, but it was too late and past the warranty. I've been going back and forth with Mindy Gann and she told me in February to get the IMEI number and that it would be on the back of the phone or under the back of the phone. I told her that I can't locate the number and she said that would be the only way for her to get the parts ordered so they could fix my phone for free. I have been dealing with my phone not working properly ever since the screen was replaced, and now the phone won't even turn on. So I decided to drive to the corporate office and spoke with Alyssa Carroll and Andrew LaBasi personally and they specifically told me to follow up with Mindy to have her order the parts and have them shipped to the corporate office and that I would be able to come back up there and drop off the phone at corporate to have it fixed free of charge. When I got back home I saw I had a email from Mindy saying for me not to come back to the corporate office and they will not fix my phone, since the back of the phone has a hairline crack that happened while I had my phone in my POCKET. Mindy kept on insinuating that the phone was dropped and calling me a liar and told me not to contact Cellairis again. This is the worst customer service I've ever encountered and I'm floored by the way I've been treated and hurt being called a liar. Mindy also said that she spoke with Alyssa and Andrew and they told her they never said I was welcome to come back and drop off the phone once the parts were ordered by Mindy and they would be happy to fix my phone free of charge. Now I'm needing to get in touch with my vet asap and I'm unable to, I told Mindy that in email and that's when I got a response from her telling me not to contact them again. So now they don't care about getting my phone fixed and they don't care that I'm not able to reach my vet. read more

Per our agreement, brought spouse in and found out he sold it before we got there (even though he was holding it for me in theory). Great service! My entire iPhone 6 screen shattered an hour before their store closed. The man working here answered my calls and waited for me to reach. He fixed my phone within 20 minutes! Very helpful and quick! Repair price was a little steep, however I have seen other places that charge more for screen repair and take longer. read more

I purchased their repair bundle. They stayed that with the $70 bundle it included a case and repair if broken within the first 5 years. They didn't have the case I wanted so they had to order it. It took 4 days to come in. So I returned the store that Monday. They broke the screen protector and screen trying to put it on. He told me they would order a new screen for me. I gave them 3 weeks as that was the time he said it would take for the screen to arrive. I called and was told they never ordered it because they don't replace the screen on the iPhone with the bundle. I asked why they would offer and sale me the bundle then. He said he was told to by his boss and I should read the fine print better. It has been over 5 months and I've repeatedly ask to speak to a man anger Or someone else. The same employee tells me he can have the franchise owner call me but can not Give me their number. On one occasion the employee even told me he couldn't give me his name because I might steal his identity and that he had no boss. I find this poor management. read more

I got my s4 screen replaced on 7/6, It took about an hour and a half. When I returned there was no one in the store, I I waited for a about 10 minutes until I made enough noise to rouse the guy working in the back. He was a pleasant enough guy, very knowledgeable. Within a few days the screen started lifting in the bottom right corner. I had to repeatedly press down on the corner to work it back in in order to use those keys on my phone. Due to a hectic work schedule I've been unable to make it out to the store to get it checked out. Yesterday, my phone fell off a counter onto carpet and the screen cracked. The glass they use for replacement is obscenely thin. read more

I called to make an appointment to get my daughter's shattered iPhone screen fixed and was quoted a price. When I got there, I was quoted a price $55 higher which made it more expensive than going to the Apple store. After some discussion, he agreed to the original quoted price because I was told I called when they were slow. All in all, the work was done quickly and satisfactorily. Purchased lifetime replacement warranty for iPhone screen repair....included case which was a piece of plastic crap...shortly after, son dropped phone with the Cellaris case on it and cracked screen again....since he was away at school and no other Cellaris would honor warranty, I purchased a high end Otterbox to protect the phone until he was home to have it repaired....went to the store and was told I would have to pay $45 for a new crap case and a tempered glass shield for the warranty to be honored as we had thrown away the crap case (which broke at the same time as the screen) also when the original repair happened, the employee did not place the tempered glass over the screen either, but we didn't notice at the time...so the store employee was saying we had removed it..which we hadn't.....Also the store doesn't provide a written warranty with the lifetime replacement receipt...you are totally screwed over again with replacement costs. Do not get your phone screen fixed here! Also please be aware that there are 2 Cellaris locations close together on windward but they are different franchise owners...this review is for the Cellaris inside the Walmart ....do not use! horrible service and fradulent marketing regarding how soon you'll have your phone back . what was advertised and stated to take a 35 minutes, then another hour then a day to fix a broken glass on my phone took two weeks and two days to resolve. unacceptable and they are totally unapologetic about what happened. no response from the co-founders of this company after writing to them more than one time. the franchisee owner couldn't even keep commitments regarding the turn around time of the phone. don't ever go here and tell others to stay far, far away from this company and this store in particular read more
