He was extremely helpful and gave me a new case for my phone. He told me the Samsung A models were built to be discontinued in the future and it would be best if I were to get an S23,24 or 25 when/if I decide to get a new phone. He said the A models only last 2 years which is correct. He told me I could bring my old phone in and transfer the data from it to my current phone or if I wanted to wait until I got a new phone, they could transfer the data to it too. When I grew tired of playing the when will it be ready game, I told them I'll just come get it and take it to Apple. I had a feeling they weren't experienced enough. When I showed up to retrieve my iPad, he told me it was not ready, and can I come tomorrow. I showed up the next day, during normal business hours, and the store was locked. Closed up for the day. So I returned the following day, to an iPad that was STILL in pieces. When he handed me the iPad it had not one screw in there to hold it together.
