**update** Removing TWO stars because they neglected to tell me that two different delivery teams handle the products I purchased. Basically, the "stove" guys came today and the "microwave" guys will call me to schedule another delivery within the next 24 hours. Would've been helpful to KNOW THAT IN ADVANCE since I was excited about having a new microwave since I will have a guest at my house this weekend. I even mentioned this to the salespeople and told them I wasn't availability for delivery on Friday and Saturday because I had plans (with aforementioned house guest). So now I'll have to wait until probably the end of next week to have another free 4 hours to sit and wait for the microwave delivery and installation guys to show up. Very inconvenient. I could've made alternative plans with my schedule next week had I known about needing two delivery dates instead of one. SMH. ----------- Great selection. Wonderful prices. I would like to thank Gabriel at the BrandsMart in Kennesaw. Prior to my visit to BrandsMart I had purchased a large screen TV at Best Buy with a guaranteed delivery date on the Monday after Christmas. I received a phone call that morning saying the person had called out sick and it would be another week for the delivery. I decided to refund the TV and go to BrandsMart as this was a Christmas gift for my husband. Gabriel took great care of me assured me that I could get the delivery done with the specified date and time. Not only did they deliver the television on the date promised, they also arrived an hour early. This will be our new store for our appliances and electronics going forward. read more

I bought a washer / dryer two weeks ago and expected delivery today. When I bought it, I mentioned to the salesman there was still water in the washer and asked if I needed to drain it. He said not to worry about it, that the delivery team would take care of it. The day before delivery I also asked the scheduler for their delivery service if she thought this would be an issue. She said it was not. Today the delivery driver said they could not take the old washer unless it was empty. He said I could have a few minutes to get the water out. I took a few minutes to empty it out (it took all of 5 minutes) but when I finished they simply drove off and reported to the store that the washer was full of water so they left. They had even said they would install the dryer (which would have given me more than enough time to empty the water from the washer) but did not take the old unit or install the new one. They simply left. So, I called customer service; they transferred me to a salesman in some store somewhere. The salesmen put me on hold for 45 minutes and then hung up. When I called back, the customer service lady I got (no one used names by the way) asked me why I hadn't drained the washer, I explained that two employees told me not to bother. She then said "you could have though, right? A week ago?" I answered that if the store employees had originally answered differently then I would have happily taken care of it, it took all of 5 minutes, but that it wasn't an issue since the delivery team would take care of it. She then put me on hold, came back a few seconds later saying they couldn't deliver today but they could in two days time. (In 3-4 seconds she could have known that?) BrandsMart in Kennesaw has nice salespeople who will apparently tell you anything. Their customer service is unconcerned and their delivery team either overworked or looking for excuses. I have worked customer service, food service, and a host of other thankless jobs, and I really feel for those fielding these complaints. I try to be understanding and keep my cool, however today really pushed me to not recommend BrandsMart. Delivery is Friday - we'll see how they do. Update: Despite the three different time slots given over the course of 12 hours, the Friday delivery was wonderful! The two gentlemen who did the haul / instal were courteous, professional, good-humored and efficient. It was like night and day compared to Wednesday. With that, I'll give 2 stars instead of 1, the extra star because, as it turns out, some people working for/with BrandsMart Kennesaw are actually decent, hard working and ethical! read more

On the day of my purchase, their system crashed, and it took me over an hour to complete the purchase. Also, on the day my products were scheduled for delivery, both arrived damaged, and they simply said they would have to reschedule delivery until another identical product was available. Brandsmart personnel in Kennesaw have better customer relations skills than the Best Buy. Their selection was pretty good with comparable prices. However, they don't have the range of knowledge to answer questions but they are nicer. Debit and credit only. read more

I went to buy a new Range. I was very clear I lived in a high-rise. They would need to delivery 830-430. The range I bought they said be two weeks, I said fine. They text me a delivery time 4-8. I did call the number on text 45 mins later with rude people being switch around. They told me I was down between 4-8, if I refused delivery I would've refunded and go elsewhere.Sales person called said they would not delivery till Monday as I did not make the truck.
