Every business needs to show a profit. I have a wife that wanted her washer machine working today,…read moreSo being frugal I went to Amazon and looked up the part. So that part was 19$. I looked in other places and found it for some 27$. I I would have ordered it but we only have one clothes washer and the clothes were getting in a pile. Went down to Fox to acquire the part and they had it. The cost 107$. I know cost vary from place to place but such a difference should be noticed and shouted out loud what a ripoff. I guess I paid for a timely solution never thinking that such a difference should take place. No more sly like a Fox parts. Respectfully yours Lou Russo

I have used…read morethem for over 40 years and bought three complete systems from them without ever questioning a charge. However, this week I called and told them that I had a clogged drain line on one of my air conditioners. They sent a technician who showed up promptly as scheduled and asked which unit and I showed him he opened the line and sucked it out with his shop vac and put it back together and said ok, you are good to go. And he was back in his truck in 15 minutes after arriving. I received a bill for $224. It was broken down to $97 diagnostic fee As second lie was around $127 for CO2 or Nitrogen to blow out the line. Since I knew that no CO2 or Nitrogen was used, I assumed that was a billing error since I have this procedure done at my home in Florida once or twice a year and the charge is normally $79 to $89. I called to report the error but was told that the owner would call me back. He did and he said "No, the bill is correct. That is what everyone in Atlanta charges for clearing a drain line. In fact, we are cheaper than most" I paid the bill, but I also went to the internet to check. I found that the price for that procedure in Atlanta ranged from $75 to $250. Now that I know that they are one of the most expensive companies in Atlanta, I wonder how many thousands of dollars I have been overcharged.
