Basically, the "stove" guys came today and the "microwave" guys will call me to schedule another delivery within the next 24 hours. Would've been helpful to KNOW THAT IN ADVANCE since I was excited about having a new microwave since I will have a guest at my house this weekend. I even mentioned this to the salespeople and told them I wasn't availability for delivery on Friday and Saturday because I had plans (with aforementioned house guest). So now I'll have to wait until probably the end of next week to have another free 4 hours to sit and wait for the microwave delivery and installation guys to show up. Very inconvenient. That's when I found Smith Appliance. I told them the problem they told me "no problem". A Curteous professional sales person helped me select an appliance (made in u.s.a) in my price range, they have an on-site install guy gave me a price on the spot (happened to be there) and they came and installed it. That was almost a year ago, the thing runs perfectly, very quiet , dishes clean.....my only regret is that I should have dug in discovered this business 30 years ago.
