My recommendation if you buy a product from the Outlet is to ask them a way that you can contact the store directly if you have a problem rather than just getting the Call Center - they are horrible. Even if you call the local number, it will bounce you to the call center who have no way of helping you - just tell you to take it back.

Basically, the "stove" guys came today and the "microwave" guys will call me to schedule another delivery within the next 24 hours. I even mentioned this to the salespeople and told them I wasn't availability for delivery on Friday and Saturday because I had plans (with aforementioned house guest). So now I'll have to wait until probably the end of next week to have another free 4 hours to sit and wait for the microwave delivery and installation guys to show up. Very inconvenient.
