Spoke on phone and gave me info I needed. Versus requiring an appointment- he gave me the honest info I needed. Very appreciative.

Kevin is very honest and efficient in fixing the problem I hade with my 25 year old fridge! Have recommended him to my neighbors as well! I love promoting- small businesses! read more

Kyle is very responsive to texts and calls. I had a vent hood issue that I had multiple others look at, and it was very clear they had no clue how to diagnose or deal with a fix. It wasn't a simple fix at all, but Kyle identified the issue, and then able to replace it. We had come again for a simpler freezer issue. Highly recommend this service for excellent work, fast response and fair prices read more

Amazing service. On time, courteous, great communications. Kyle even worked to negotiate with the manufacturer and have the parts covered under warranty, despite the fact that we couldn't locate the original purchase receipt. Although I hope I never need to (hah!), he would absolutely be the first person I'd call for future appliance repairs. read more

Kyle was great. He was prompt and had the needed parts on hand to repair my refrigerator at the first scheduled appointment and at a reasonable cost. read more

I am very pleased with KG Appliances. He responded to my inquiry promptly. He came same day and earlier than previously stated (called first though), and completed job accurately and in a timely fashion. As well, cost was reasonable. He seems to be a one man show so he's not dragging excessive overhead with him. I was comfortable having him in my home. He's a 10/10 for me. read more

We had a good experience with KG Appliance repair. We called late in the evening when appliance broke and made plans for next day service. He arrived on time, in and out in about an hour. You really can't ask for better service than that. He was a nice guy who checked the appliance then explained the problem. He was very professional. He took it apart & pointed out what all needed to be fixed & asked me if I wanted to fix it. No surprises, I liked that. When I first called phone number I said dryer heating element seems to be out. He gave me a quote. Price charged matched quote. I liked that too. This is the second time we have used KG Appliance repair and we will use them again next time. read more

My 20 yr old oven needed a new igniter. I called and Kyle said he could take care of it in a couple of hours. He arrived on time and went right to work on the problem. He had a replacement on the truck. In short time he had replaced the part and was on his way to the next appointment. His quote was the same as I had to pay. No hidden fees, and was priced fairly. Thank you Kyle for fast efficient service. read more

Kyle did a great job repairing my oven and microwave. He is knowledgeable, professional, and his prices are reasonable. Highly recommend.

A timely response to a clothes dryer breakdown over the weekend. Especially with higher priced new appliances now, I thought to check out KG Appliance repairs first. Kyle called and texted with a prompt opening in his schedule within hours of my request & inquiry. He competently fixed the broken drum belt and charged exactly what was given in his phone estimate. What a smooth experience! I highly recommend Kyle, and definitely will call upon him again when a repair is needed. read more

flawless from start to finish. kyle set up my appointment by text, arrived exactly on time, fully explained everything i needed to know, and left me with a new dishwasher and spotless workspace. read more

I called kg appliance to fix glass on a whirlpool stove. tech quoted a price and a come out fee was to be deducted from the price. tech left trim of the glass during repair and used 2 sided tape to attach trim of oven door. the quoted price didn't reflect the deduction of the fee to come out and the 2 sided tape didn't hold up well to heat. and I'm back needing my door repaired. read more

I'm not prone to give 5 stars but these guys deserve it. After a very, over priced, and prolonged (3-weeks) repair to my dishwasher from another "well-known appliance doctor brand" (hint hint) I found Kyle with KG. He came out in 24 hours to repair my oven. He had the parts on his truck, and the price was very reasonable I thought. Will definitely use again! read more

Kyle came out within 24 hours when I called about my ice maker not working. He warned me that I might have a bad ice maker but he meticulously went through everything that could be wrong. Found that it was just a bad switch. He could easily have told me that the whole thing was toast and I wouldn't have known, but he was honest and replaced the $25 part. His service/repair fee was reasonable as he was here about an hour. Super honest and knowledgeable. I'll definitely call him for any future appliance problems! read more

My dryer quit working over the weekend and found KG on Yelp. Reviews look good so I sent a text Monday morning. Kyle called me back quickly. I explained the problem and he ensured he had the parts on his truck if the over the phone diagnostic was correct. Kyle texted me when he was in his way and arrived exactly when he promised. The dryer had multiple problems that Kyle solved and highly recommended someone to come out and clean the dryer vents. Mine are accessible on the roof, so not something easily done. I did make arrangements for the cleaning the next day. Overall, the price was very fair for 1.5 hours of work. I highly recommend KG Appliances if the need arises. read more

Kyle came out today to look at a leaky washing machine and a non-functioning ice maker. I was immediately impressed with Kyle, a down-to-earth, friendly guy who explained every step of each process in detail. Unfortunately for me, and no fault of Kyle's, my washing machine drum had rusted, rendering the machine toast. Ouch. The ice maker had also gasped its final breath - considering the fridge is 20 years old and this is the first repair I've had to make on it, I feel like I've gotten my money's worth. Kyle quickly diagnosed the problem and installed a new ice maker, one he conveniently had on his truck. Great work! And the price was extremely reasonable. I was actually a bit shocked by how little he charged me. How often does that happen? I highly recommend KG for your appliance repairs. He's my go-to guy from now on! read more

Kyle was super communicative. He was able to resolve the issue in an efficient timeframe and clearly explained what the issue was. Great and friendly service! read more

Woke up to a puddle of melting ice from my LG refrigerator. Found Kyle here on Yelp and decided to give him a shot. He was on a job not to far from me and was able to come by fairly quickly. It was my compressor, which apparently is a common thing on LGs. Kyle said he could fix it the next day, but told me to call LG since there was a chance I could still be under the 5 year warranty for this problem. In the meantime, I found a new LG on sale and asked Kyle if it would be worth it to buy new or have him repair. He said buy new, even knowing that it would cost him the repair money. This is why he gets 5 stars!! Kyle is an honest appliance repairman, something hard to find even here on Yelp! In the end, I was still under warranty and LG will handle my issue. But more importantly I found the only person I will call for my next appliance problem, that's Kyle with KG Appliance. read more

Great communication and very easy to work with. They were easy to schedule via yelp and easy to work with. I needed to get the oven fixed in my rental property in Woodstock, GA but I live in Seattle, WA. Even so I had no problem with scheduling, communication, payment, or a receipt for my taxes. read more

Had an LG refrigerator that was not cooling. Kyle came out the same day to diagnose the problem. He identified a compressor failure and informed me that it would be covered 100% parts and labor by the LG warranty of 5yrs on the refrigeration closed system. He also let me know that it would have to be one of their service reps. I was very impressed with Kyle's knowledge and ability to diagnose the issue. His integrity for helping me solve my issue by informing me of the most cost effective solution is refreshing. I will definitely have his number in my favorites for any and all appliance issues as they arise. Thank you Kyle, I appreciate your time and service...all the best. read more

Wow. I'm always a little skeptical when the reviews seem just a little "too good" but figured I'd give KG Appliance a shot. Kyle was amazing. Super-quick clear communication, was able to come out the next morning to look at my malfunctioning freezer, and even repaired it on the same visit. Oh and for a fair price as well. My profession is managing customer service teams, so I'm pretty sensitive to the customer experience; I have to say Kyle knocked it out of the park. Well done. read more

Awesome service and professional. Will hire again if need be in the future. Quick and easy.

I found KG Appliance through Yelp to address an error code I started getting on my Samsung dryer. Kyle was responsive and knowledgeable when we first spoke, offering ideas of what it *could* be. He was flexible in coming to the house, scheduling within a few days. Kyle quickly diagnosed the issue (as he suspected it was) and fixed it on the spot, all at a VERY reasonable price in about 30 minutes total. He even offered pricing/solutions for my oven display. It is obvious Kyle is an expert in his field. Coupled with his honesty, timeliness (he called before he came), and friendly nature, I would HIGHLY recommend him for any job. read more

My refrigerator was not working properly. So, I contacted KG Appliance and was able to schedule a same day appointment. I contacted Kyle, the owner of KG Appliance Repair Service, after reading several reviews on Yelp. I have been dissatisfied with the last two repair services I tried, and after reading the positive reviews, I call KG. Kyle personally answered the phone, and after I explained that I had three appliances, stove, refrigerator and washer, that needed service, he immediately booked an appointment with me for the next day, Friday, July 1, 2022. Let me begin by saying that I was astonished that a person answered the phone, and that Kyle agreed to come on the day before the holiday weekend. Kyle called on Friday, July 1, and said he was on his way, exactly when he told me he would be here. He is a very personable and polite gentleman, and he immediately started to work on the appliances. As he worked, he informed me of the problems he found, and he showed me the problems as well. He provided me with an estimate for each appliance. When he looked at my washer, he told me what the cost would be to fix it, and since it was substantial, he recommended that I replace the washer instead. He said he could repair it, but given the cost, it was up to me. I chose to purchase a new washing machine, and while Kyle was here working to finish up the other projects, he helped me look online for a new washing machine, and he offered suggestions for cost effective and quality replacements. While he was here, I mentioned that the dryer had not been drying well, and he immediately found that problem and fixed it. Kyle was here for several hours as he meticulously worked through my appliance repairs, and he even went out in the pouring rain to finish cleaning out the dryer vent. His fee was extremely reasonable, and when he left, I knew that I had found the type of service and quality work that I had been looking for. KG will be my appliance repair company for life. I highly recommend Kyle and KG Appliance Repair Service. read more
