After diagnosing the issue we were given a fair price and a reasonable amount of time for the part to be ordered and repair completion. We had to make a couple of changes to our appointments, and they were extremely flexible with our schedule, and again responded very quickly. After the initial repair, our refrigerator started having the same issue again. The fact they demand their service call fee immediately prior to speaking with the repairman says they are not able to work with businesses, only homeowners who are home at the time of service.
