He was as friendly of a person as you'll ever meet and made sure I was aware of all costs associated with this repair step by step. Once agreeing on the quote, which was within $50 of the estimate given on the phone beforehand, Agazi disassembled then reassembled my dryer handily all within about an hour and a half. It was impressive to watch. During the process he was diligent in vacuuming out all of the built up lent that had accumulated while it was accessible , which I greatly appreciated. One thing that stood out to me about Agazi was that he said he was thinking about this repair the night before.
